Could you provide some details as far as the routing goes, how many passengers were in the PNR, if any of the other passengers had status, how far out from the flight taking off the itinerary was cancelled? We can try and see if we can recreate this issue. The more detail the better as it can help us really pin point the issue.

With the help of a fellow FT'er we were able to find and fix a scenario where this was happening. The scenario that we found and fixed is this:
  • You would choose to change your flights from the "My Trips" page
  • You may or may not change your origin and destination and click on the button to search.
  • The page would sit there for a while on a wait page where the website says that it is searching for results.
  • Eventually you would get sent back to the flight search page where you enter in your search criteria and at the top there would be a message stating "We were unable to process your search request. Please try again".
  • It would be after getting this error that people would find that their itinerary had been cancelled.

If anyone runs into an issue where trying to change your flights on an Awards reservation cancels your itinerary, please bring it up in the thread with as much detail as you can. If it is needed I will send a PM to you to try and get any more specific details that are needed.

2 passengers on itinerary. far out from flight. PM + GM

PM's ticket had taxes/fees refunded
GM's ticket did not and still waiting

went to my itineraries, clicked on the itinerary, clicked cancel flights, clicked thru the next page and it was cancelled.

next day or two taxes/fees refunded for one ticket but not other.

The multicity function is still broken... for example I put in BOS-SFO for date A, SFO-SIN date B, SIN-BOS date C and try to pick cabin as discounted or fare class as M, and it still returns lowest coach no matter what.

SPML request almost always broken

Trying to request an SPML generates

System Unavailable

We're sorry but this service is not available at this time. Please try again later.
About 1 in 10 or 1 in 20 times it actually works (over periods of a few days), so it's not completely broken, just usually. It seems silly to have to call in for this.

Yeah - you need to issue a second search than it shows up the class you are actually selecting ...

Anyway, since today my issue is that I put in my dates and destination, click on search ... and just get a "seach by schedule" selection list instead of pricings in return.

DELTA, hello anyone home? All I want to do is purchase a ticket with real money ... why don't you let me do that?!

No idea, but it works for me.. This should probably move to the SkyTeam Alliance forum ?

Is it my imagination, or did the red on the Delta.com homepage recently get downgraded to a watery salmon-pink?

Downgrade? How about pink for breast cancer awareness?

After investigating some more I found that DL will not let me add my OK-number as long as there is a DL-coded AS-operated flight in the reservation. This even though OK will in fact credit me for this flight.

This is an error by Delta. Would you please fix this?

FF messages about flights being sold out....

I know it has been mentioned before, but what is the issue with trying to reserve award flights online and the system coming up with "We're sorry. One or more of the flights you selected just sold out. Please search again to view and select alternate flights." I search again and the same options are provided. I get this message on 75% of my award searches for intl flights. Are the flights available, or is the system just screwed up? Or both (probably). Could I get these if I called? Right now I am just searching for options for the available miles I have. This is very frustrating.

Any info would be helpful.......

Was on two flights today with gogo wifi and on both occasions delta.com was extremely slow, so much that it would "time out" when conducting flight searches. It would take maybe 3 minutes to load any dl.com page.

This was only delta.com. Other websites, while not lightning fast with gogo wifi, were loading fine.

Anyone else experience this?
