Trying to book a multicity ticket in M. Expertflyer shows M available on all segments. When I look at the hidden details for each segment. DL.com shows M. But, the ticket fares out in U, T and T.
.
ETA: Tried again and it fared out at U, U and L. Guess DL doesn't need those extra dollars from the M fare :-/

Reply from Delta regarding missing e-certs/vouchers
Just received this email response. At least they know there is a problem.
Dear Ms. K,
Thank you for contacting us.
Recent delta.com updates have created issues with passenger profiles.
We are aware that some SkyMiles members are unable to view their eCerts
and eCredits while logged in at delta.com. We know this presents a
challenge and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please
know the delta.com team is working hard to correct this error.
As a Diamond Medallion member, you are an integral part of our customer
base and we are always interested in your feedback. Thank you for
taking the time to write. We deeply value your business.
Sincerely,

This is getting to be PATHETIC. I just tried to send a complaint to Delta about my SWU's not being available (I wanted to use one this morning). I filled out the form, hit enter, and got this:

Booking multi city trips, WOW! Just wow! Why is it such a challenge? 80% of the time I book on Travelocity because they show DL flights that DL does not. I have tried building my own connections on a multi city and still can't get these same flights. Of course once I book on Travelocity I have to add my contact info on DL.com, and it takes about 6 times before that takes!

I just wanted to provide an update as far as monitoring this thread.
I do stop by here and read new posts. If an issue is brought up I will attempt to recreate it to see what is happening. Even if I can't replicate it I do send a link for that post to people that handle logging defects for that particular application.

Companion Cert issue - If I search for the flight MSP-FAY online I see T fares available. If I enter the compnaion cert for the same dates and itinerary there are not flights available. Delta reservations is happy to help and will book my flight - for $25.
I have been on with various Delta representatives for just under an hour. I am now on how for another representative that will 'walk me through fixing my problem'.
Sheesh, what do people do? Throw these away?

Companion Cert online has been in various states of broken for a while... for example the time pulldown menu appears to do nothing. Also, the website only presents a very limited number of flights compared to what is actually there. This is true when when booking a normal non-companion ticket.
Example:
BOS-LAS 9/2-9/10
First/Business
All of the flight options (20+) appear for the outgoing leg. However, only a handful of flights are shown for the return. I can only get them to appear if book by schedule through the normal booking engine... but this doesn't work for companion tickets so it only shows the same results as if I did a normal booking search. So even though there are dozens of flight options it only lets me pick from 3?
Also, picking a different routing for the outgoing leg will result in a couple more or less options for the return even though there is no price difference.

Is DL not Mac-friendly?
I have been trying to price some flights for two days on DL's website. It takes forever for any link to come up but, even worse, when I try to use the reservation page it just freezes after I enter the first field of info.
I've tried Firefox and Safari--same with both. How frustrating! Is this a common problem for Mac users on DL? (I don't think the problem originates with something I'm doing as I'm a reasonably good, experienced computer and web user.)
Given where I live, this is an airline change I need to make but every time I think I'll switch from AA to DL, I go to the DL website and then hurry right back to AA. This time, though, it's worse than ever.

"CHANGE FLIGHTS" never seems to even offer options
Don't know if this is a bug...but sure seems like it.
When looking at itineraries shortly before check-in I will sometimes click on "Change Flights" just to see if there are any desirable options offered. Almost always I get a message like "this cannot be done online" or something such.
(Pre-apology for doing a comparison to NWA)
Back in the day, this was very easy on NWA - oftentimes the change of flights involved more $$ than I would think about - but it was at least very easy to click and see my options. No big deal. And sometimes there were great options available at no charge. (I was WorldPerks gold at the time.)
Somehow I never even get to the point of even seeing any options available with delta.com.
(But please don't work on this until you get the award calendar working...first things first haha!)

Must add that when I checked in at LAS at the kiosk - it pulled up four options on taking early flights - some were $50 to switch but one was no charge - it was very easy to see the options and make the change - it would be nice to have these same options open up w/ online checkin.
