Is this thread monitored anymore? Haven't seen/heard from anyone DL person here in a long time... and it seems that none of the issues that people keep repeatedly posting about get fixed.

Apparently it is not monitored, and/or it is not a high priority. To have such a major part of your reservation website not working for weeks/months seems crazy. I find it impossible to believe that the IT department doesnt know its broken.
It really ticks me off as I have several trips I am planning this year and dont like to hassle the phone rep in trying all the different connection options.

I tried to get a SkyMiles number last night - apparently I don't have one - and I can't even get that through the Web site. I get a general "We can't complete this at this time" error. No specific error message. This is across all browsers.
The Twitter response from DL was great; they responded in less than ten minutes. Apparently they know of a few bugs in the system and they suggested that I call in to get a number. I'm not sure if I want to wait out their IT group to fix it or try waiting in the call queue just to enroll.

Class of Service Bonus...
Anyone else notice that on the MQM Calculations that Delta does when you price out your itinerary that it is giving a "Class of Service Bonus" on L and K fares... and it clearly should not...
Just another Delta.com bug?

award ticket engine: can't redeem held itinerary
I'm trying to redeem an award itinerary tonight, but after confirming my billing information and clicking on 'continue', I just get an error message. I've tried Chrome and IE - same result.
Trying to book this simple award ticket to ORD next month ended up being the most frustrating experience that I've ever had trying to book a domestic award ticket on delta.com:
1. calendar indicates low availability on the dates I want, but returns only mid options
2. sometimes, selecting a mid option prices out at low, even though all options listed were mid (should I guess?)
3. I had to use multi-city search by schedule just to get all of the connection options I know exist between ATL-ORD (nothing new)
4. the 'change flights' feature in the held itinerary is broken - every single option I chose gave me the 'flights just sold out' error message
Thanks to various lucrative CC promos, I've been playing around with the AA/CO award ticket websites for a few weeks now, and I have to say they are literally light years ahead of DL.
I also tried to again book a simple roundtrip to BOS, and delta.com seems to think no flights are operated between CHO and BOS (an issue that I've posted about before in this thread). US/UA got my business instead for those two trips.

Should we have the mods close this thread? Seems we keep reporting the same issues but none of them have been fixed over the past months and months. Appears that DL was more intersted in having their IT work on the new P campaign to monetizing F and dismantle the biggest benefit to the medallion program. Basic website functionality must be at the bottom of the list.

Just wanted to give an update on this.
This thread is monitored to see if issues have been found that we have not.
I will try and give a little more detail with previous posts as I can. I am trying to go through the posts in this thread and in turn find out the status of these issues on our side.
Thank you

It's been around at least a year. Funny you mentioned it, my brother texted me recently and said "Delta.com says I'm getting a bonus on an L fare. That's not right, is it?"

I'm an IT professional and I do believe DT could do better at testing their web site before they deploy new code. Here's one that is really danged annoying when you're trying to do a SDC at 2:45am local time:
Message: Object expected
Line: 3878
Char: 2
Code: 0
URI: shared/edgecache/stitch/js/core_V_20110322102110.js
Message: 'document.forms.PricedItineraryForm' is null or not an object
Line: 914
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: booking/availableFlights.do?&hiddenFieldsId=Eji90c1W8TJ251 t&checksum=1598394908&cacheKey=Eji90c1W8TJ251t1302 162245176&segmentNbr=0&selectedFlightNumber=0
Come on Delta, Javascript ain't that hard to code and test, now is it?
BTW, I removed the http and delta.com part of the errors so it wouldn't post as a hyperlink.

I don't understand the delta.com "Upgrade & Standby List." I'm flying SAT-ATL-JFK-transatlantic tomorrow. For SAT-ATL, delta.com indicates that there are three available seats in first, and "3 passengers on Upgrade List. Check with agent for priority." For ATL-JFK, delta.com indicates that there are also three available seats in first and that I am " #1 of 3 on Upgrade List." Why the precision with the latter, but the useless "Check with agent for priority" as to the former?

[QUOTE=SAT Lawyer;16178810"3 passengers on Upgrade List. Check with agent for priority."[/QUOTE]
I got that message while checking the upgrade list from my Windows Phone last week while at the gate area in AUS. I think they were in the process of upgrading me at the time which makes sense given the message. Not sure why this would appear a day in advance thought.
Most software applications (which DL.com is, too) have a set list of user messages to keep developers from making up their own willy-nilly and to be consistent. Might be that the programmer picked the wrong one for the status.

Please see my post here with a couple of weird issues with the android app.
Also, I've had a lot of difficulties with changing award itins. Twice I've gotten a message instructing me to call to finish ticketing the res. At least it's actually a more informative message than the "We've hit some turbulence" one.
After acknowledging the message then I am taken back to the Details page and the "Request Upgrade" box is visible.
When speaking to a phone agent, she said it has something to do with the ticket change and the upgrade happening simultaneously and stepping on each other. The agent had no problem ticketing and processing the upgrade.

When I check my trip details there are options shown (city tours) bottom of the screen. Well, none of them work, clicking on any always show "the selected option does not exist" it has been like this for 2 weeks now. Maybe an update is due?
