OK, and let's say I want to use the website today...
For the last hour, this is the view I get on delta.com

Similar view on firefox as well... my machine or the website is under the weather?

Website under the weather. Again I tried in IE so it eliminates any regular programming mistakes. This I guess is another f***-up from DELTA IT.
Update: Back to normal. I guess they rolled back the changes.

Contact info not updating on the first, second, third... try
Wondering if others have seen this...
First, my contact info is always going to be the same. I would like it if the website remembered my contact info from one itin to the next and let me change it if I needed to instead of having to enter it each time... but that's an enhancement request I guess.
Second, I struggle to enter it. I put the data in, and hit the submit (on the fancy graphic "popup") and it does not always "take"... the fancy graphic popup is displayed again and I hit submit again... this may happen for several cycles. Then... the popup changes to an old school default format version and I hit submit... again, several cycles. Sometimes after many cycles it takes and the contact info changes to "your info has been updated" and sometimes I give up.
Do others see this behavior? XP Sp3 Firefox 3.6.x but I've seen this for months on various firefox versions.
Edit: Others have reported this behavior... however I haven't seen any answers from DL reps yet. Wonder if they know about it?

Clicking on AF/KL partner flights to get more information still is directing to information about the Delta flight with that flight number....
Also on the aircraft link, non DL flights still aren't being listed.

I did a quick search, but didn't see anything specific to this issue.
I was trying to book a DCA-STL flight this morning for late May. I've been watching these fares for a few weeks and today was the best fare I've seen in a while. I pick my flights, and even make it to confirming my credit card info. However, when it comes to confirming the flight, DL.com pops up a message saying the fare has now changed and it went up about $40. I tried searching again and ended up finding the same low fares (on multiple flights) only to see it go up when I actually tried to confirm the purchase.
I called the medallion line and they in fact confirmed the higher fare. They have no idea why DL.com is showing a different fare. The CSR just said, yup that's the website.
$40 isn't a huge deal, but it's kinda annoying.

Unable to search by fare class
Well if they are making changes I hope they fix them soonish....Have been trying to search by fare class and price but is defaulting to lowest economy and schedule. This is resulting in high levels of frustration by me, though I have seen this happen before. Hopefully it is fixed shortly, not major just annoying.

Must still be working on something. I was trying to use a companion fare ecert from AMEX, but even with flight segments all showing U fare available, came back with the message the cert cannot be redeemed online. Knowing that it can ONLY be redeemed online, I put in a call to premium line, transfer to promo line, waited 20+ minutes, gave up. Called online support line, he tried to do it manually, and after 10 minutes of trying, I was cut off. Miraculously, my home phone rang 5 minutes later, with his apology for being cut off. He said a "glitch" was affecting the entire delta system and resulted in my being cut off, and neither he nor I could look for flights. Said to wait about 40 minutes. That was 2 hours ago, and still the same problems. Delta needs better IT, this is pretty unprofessional.

This week I have also been unable to view my position on the upgrade list after checking in. The option to "view upgrade list" isn't even there. Tried Firefox and IE. The only place "View Upgrade List" shows up for me in is on the first screen of the "Check in" process... when ironically, one does not yet even have a position on the list because, oh heck... one has NOT YET CHECKED IN.

YES! It happens on various browsers (Pretty much other than IE) and Mac and Windows alike. I think I know how to get it to work though - try it:
When the popup comes up, you have to change either or both fields. You can "change" into the same information - but it looks like until you type something into the fields, the script does not believe you have updated the date.
It (the script) probably does not realize the fields are non-blank and is expecting an input, even if the info is already there.
This has worked for me on the firs try.
Let me know how it works for ya!

'fare rules unavailable'
Another bug related to my previous post in this thread - using a roundtrip search, and after getting to the trip summary page that lists the flights that I've selected, occasionally the pop-up window that opens when I click on the change and cancellation policies link just tells me (after taking a long time to load) that the fare rules are unavailable:

I tried to get a SkyMiles number last night - apparently I don't have one - and I can't even get that through the Web site. I get a general "We can't complete this at this time" error. No specific error message. This is across all browsers.
The Twitter response from DL was great; they responded in less than ten minutes. Apparently they know of a few bugs in the system and they suggested that I call in to get a number. I'm not sure if I want to wait out their IT group to fix it or try waiting in the call queue just to enroll.
