iOS app: when attempting to tap “View Seats” or “View Details” on a search result, it’s very easy to miss the active portion of the link ... this of course generates the booking screen; hitting “Back” yields a popup with the only two options being to “Continue booking” or “Search for a different flight”
the problem is that there’s no way to get back to the search results without restarting the search

Flexible date search with app
I tried to do a search with flexible dates with the Delta app and its not there; I had to go to the website to excecute the search, is it hiding someplace or just not available.

I had a similar issue when looking Premium Economy to Japan. It was like $2854 to $3K one moment and then the next it jumped to $5.3K.
Needless to say, I won't be flying Delta at those prices.
The odd thing is that Orbitz will have the $2854 price.
It's the $5K glitch.

Called Delta about two pax having the same phone number in My trip, contact info. They couldn't help me. Suggested updating profile. No guarantee it would show up in our itinerary. Maybe this is a HUACA?
Oh and yes, I've emailed one or two addresses at Delta with absolutely no response.

New delta.com interface is horrible!
Each time I go to delta.com to do some research on flight possibilities, it becomes more and more of a chore. There is so much wrong, probably more than I've already discovered. First, if you want to see flights by price, you have to click through to change the settings--it used to be just a pull-down menu. Second, when you get to the bottom of the flight list and not all flights are shown, you can select more flights and it brings up new flights, but if you were looking by price, it goes back to Best Match (I've always wondered--best match to what?) and you have to go through the same two steps to get back to arrange by price. Third, if you want to change the routing you have to go back to delta.com instead of typing in a new departure or arrival city or date. You can't easily just flip the cities to look at return trips or change the departure or arrival city (e.g. from SFO to OAK or BOS to JFK) and you can't even change the date without starting over. Fourth, where is the ability to check flexible dates or flexible cities? Come on Delta-this gets worse each time I visit the site. You can do better-- or just give us back the old interface. Am I missing something? Are there really hidden or visible improvements with the new interface?

piling on:
- I've been on their case about "sort by" selections not persisting between the first page of results and "show all" for about five years now, which is also when they removed a "show all" hot button from the top of the results display
- they don't have "sort by departure/arrival latest to earliest" option, which would seem to be ridiculously easy to mechanize
- the multi-airport option needs to be usable for more than WAS/NYC/CHI/TYO/LON ... LA area, SF Bay area, and south Florida (MIA/PBI/FLL) would seem to be obvious places

Glitch in checking seat assignment on award ticket
I was checking my reservation for a one-way BWI-MSP-SEA economy award ticket on Delta.com earlier today, and when I clicked on the seatmap for the BWI-MSP leg (not on the MSP-SEA flight though) it shows my seat assignment, but there's a window at the top of the screen that says something along the lines of my seat can't be assigned, and that it'll be settled at the airport. When I click the "x" to clear the message though, the website redirects me to the Delta home page.
Here's to hoping this is just a bug and hasn't affected my reservation in any way.

Increasingly disappointed in the Delta website redesign. The new interface is inferior to the old one -- and in the latest iteration today 4/8 the "Book with Money" flexible date function has been moved to calendar dropdown, and only shows up after the first search is done. It's no longer available on the original results page....
Really? this is such bad web design.... adds 2 or 3 additional clicks, and is in a non-intuitive location.
One has to wonder whether this is a misguided effort to super-super simplifying the interface, or (??) an effort to further limit the information available to customers....? My guess is that it's just really bad design...

ugh, just discovered that "filter by connecting airport" no longer has the "ONLY" option ... you have to deselect each hub that you want to avoid, and the display regenerates after each click

Starting last week, anytime I have DL.com open on my computer (using Chrome, whatever auto-update version it is on), everything slows to a crawl. Mouse pointer lags so much, it take almost a full minute just to line it up to close the tab.
If I do not DL.com loaded on a tab, all is well. The minute I load it up, even if it's the only tab open, it feels like I'm running an old 486 CPU.

Perhaps DL and UA website developers go back and forth between the two, dragging both airlines' websites lower together. Compare this with the fantastic functionality of some foreign carriers, you have to wonder to what extent DL sees advantages to it's worst-in-class website.
For quite a while DL's interface showed steady improvement (well not always steady). It now seems to have peaked and is on the way down. It's pretty clear they are working on it, since I've had the experience this past week of getting frustrated with the new "features" and stopped looking for flights only to return the next day and find the older interface. If would be nice if each time they throw the new version at us, they were counting on us, through this group, to tell them what does't work. But then we've been telling them about the problems with the DL website for years; they haven't usually been responsive.
