Currently unable to log in via the iPhone app or the website using Chrome. I need to book something today before the fare goes up. This is frustrating.

Had same problem yesterday. I needed to use PayPal which isnt an option except online via desktop website. Went away within an hour.

I am trying to book ATL-OGG on Delta One which requires a ATL-HNL leg and then a codeshare connection on Hawaiian Air to OGG.
Before this week I had no trouble finding routing on Delta.com. Usually it would be the same price as just ATL-HNL. I found this routing on numerous dates throughout the year. Now it's completely gone and Delta only shows First Class options with routings through LAX or SEA.
I called an agent and she couldn't get it either, and instead had to force it in as two one ways which made it ridiculously expensive.
Is this some kind of bug or is there something going on with their relationship with Hawaiian Air?

I'm able to pull up the through fare going ATL-HNL-OGG in the app. Thus there may have been inventory or fare updates going on when you were looking.

Not sure if this is a bug, but I found it alarming.
Booking a one-way ticket EWR-DEN, I wanted to book a FC ticket and tried two options. Numbers are estimates.
$501 Main Cabin (1700 MQMs)
$750 First Class (2500 MQMs)
- Select a Main Cabin seat. I was offered a $249 upgrade or 24,900 miles. If I select Miles, I'm only given 1700 MQMs. If I do it with dollars, I get the full 2500~
- Select a First Class seat and use PWM and choose $250 - 25,000 miles. Cost is now 1 dollar less for 100 miles additionally redeemed and I get the full 2500 MQMs
Seems weird.

Issue I've encountered the past two times changing the password. Here's what happens:
1) Log into my account on desktop, go to my account and change the password. Receive email confirmation that a change was made.
2) Open the app (android) and it asks me to log in. On the first try of trying to log in after the password change, I get an error telling me that my account has been locked due to too many attempts. And it gives me the customer service number to call.
3) I try to log into my account on desktop, and get a similar error, but this one directs me to reset my password. I reset it, receive confirmation.
4) After this reset, I'm able to log in both on desktop and app.
This chain of events leads me to believe that there is a problem with the 'edit password' function in the account page. It doesn't seem to work properly, whereas the 'reset password' does. Has anyone else encountered this?

Anyone else having issues staying logged in on Delta.com? I'm trying to book a flight right now, log into my Delta account, do a search, and by the time I select my flights the website has logged me out. Happening across multiple computers.

Auto duplicate - anyone else have this occur ?
I just made two separate award bookings in my SM account.
Then I decide to print the itinerary and go back to "My Trips" to find the 2 bookings I just made.
Now "My Trips" is showing there are duplicate bookings for each itinerary with 4 x a different Confirmation Code (and receipt).
This happened a couple of times before, including revenue bookings for expensive Int. tickets.
If I don't catch this within the 24-hr-cancellation period for a Basic Econ ticket - award or revenue - I guess I'm totally out of luck ?
Then I decide to print the itinerary and go back to "My Trips" to find the 2 bookings I just made.

This happened several times, different computers...pick my originating flight, pick my return flight....and nothing else happens...no payment page comes up. I ended up calling reservations to book the flights.

Has anyone ran into and figured out what errors B28374 and B28376 mean on the Delta Marketplace? When B28374 shows up, it seems I need to email the service desk and they make it go away without explanation of what it means and how it can be prevented. When B28376 shows and I email the service desk, it seems my ticket disappears in a blackhole and I get zero response or help. I'm stranding close to 2M SM because the marketplace is broken most of the time.
