Yep, but it's with both. So AF/KL and direct DL booked. Had an YVR>SEA on Sunday booked direct Delta, it properly matches my FB platinum status to Platinum medallion, but it always disappears from 'My trips'. Have to do the PNR+name lookup dance every time I need to check/look something up.

Is anyone having issues logging into delta.com? I can log into the app just fine but it's saying my information isn't correct on the site. I even changed the password on the site and have logged into the app with the new password successfully. But the site is still not logging me in.

I'm having the same issue. I keep track of my passwords very well and I'm definitely using the correct one. Fortunately the app is working for me.

Looks like the site is having serious issues. I can't even search for a flight right now.

Login problems.

Can't login from chrome on my laptop.

Login works fine from Safari on the same laptop. Copying password from my password manager.

Login also works fine from iOS phone app.

Called in and reported.

Delta.com seems to still be having the same login problem. I can't login from Chrome or Firefox from my notebook or desktop.

Login from Safari works fine.

iOS app and Android app logins work perfectly fine.

I would be happy to select the flexible date option but delta.dumb decided to remove the checkbox (see below).

Please note that all award/mileage searches will now be directed to the Flexible Date view of results.

Does this count as a "bug"? I have an opportunity to fly DL to DAB next weekend, but I have a boss whose skills at replying are abhorrent (two texts this weekend, no answer). As a result, I've tried twice now to book a ticket (admittedly) in the hopes of getting as much running room as possible on the Risk-Free Guarantee to get a yes or no answer as to if I can have the time to go. The original explanation I got from Delta was that tickets are based off Eastern time and, if I bought a ticket after Midnight EST on the 26th, the Guarantee would be good all the way to 11:59pm EST on the 27th.

I made my first attempt at 12:06am EST. The receipt shows the purchase as on the 25th. Called DL, explained what I was doing and got them to reissue the Companion Certificate, tried again at 12:49am. Again, the receipt shows the 25th even though the Cert showed both times as redeemed on the 26th. Thus, I'm probably stuck with one full day instead of two to get the verdict.

What happened?

Dictate what? I am confused too, so would appreciate if you could please spell out your line of thought on which Main Cabin fares sold on the DL site render an itinerary ineligible for upgrade vs being a web site display glitch. (And it doesn't seem to be the usual thing of a continuation of an international flight number confuses the site)

Hello , I'm new in this forum , so hope I'll be able to explain my problem.

I had one ticket with AirFrance/ KLM on return way . from Prague to Mauritisus
4 flights in one bought ticket , I can't add screenshot yet , because don't have 5 posts. So I have to copy the details
  1. Nov 02 2018 PRG To CDG AF 1583 got 532 MQM Reason : D = Mileage earned based on distance flown
  2. Nov 02 2018 CDG To MRU AF 0460 got 0 MQM Reason : Activity is not eligible for mileage credit
  3. Nov 18 2018 MRU To AMS KL 0502 got 0 MQM Reason : Activity is not eligible for mileage credit
  4. Nov 18 2018 AMS To PRG KL 1359 got 500 MQM Reason : D = Mileage earned based on distance flown
And I asked why my long flights was not eligible for miles .I exchange several emails with support and they told me that I have bought class X , and this one is exclude from MQM credit.
Even on my ticket was said clearly only Econnomy class and no info about specific class .
And what is confusing me is that,short flights was credited to my account , but long ones are not .
Both flights was with same company (AirFrance and KLM )
Do you have any explanation for this ?

Upgrading Fare Class Difficulties

Corporate travel tool is TripActions which I guess books through Expedia. Most of the time it's OK, sometimes it is is a hassle. I typically book through tool and then see if FCM is less than fare difference between Y and F and if it isn't, use the "Modify Flight" tool to rebook into F bucket and just pay the fare difference. For SFO>SEA on 5-Dec the FCM was $380 and the fare difference was $74 -- a no brainer because I can expense it and then I can do SDC for any flight I want and I legit don't know what time I'll be done in SFO so just booked last flight of day.

I called the DM line last night, their systems were down. So I went to "Modify Flight" tool and repriced itinerary in F (went to a D bucket). At confirmation page, however, it showed the right fare difference but showed itinerary in coach with a Q class. Would only let me pick Y seat so I aborted the process. After that, it "downgraded" me from W to Y, which I didn't particularly care about but since I hadn't clicked confirm or purchase thought it was odd.

Waited overnight and tried again but no longer allowed to change ticket. Now inside window and need to pay to get upfront before I may get RU because I want the SDC option more than the UG. Called Medallion line and they offered the $380 FCM at first. I explained repricing was $74 and they agreed to it, but then charged a $50 fee to modify a travel agency ticket

The bug is when I did the Modify Flight and picked F it put me into a Q bucket with an F price and then downgraded me from SU/W despite me confirming or purchasing nothing. And then after I bought the higher fare bucket it still shows the outrageous FCM.

Header on Delta.com Not Working on Chrome for Mac (Mojave)

Can't get the header to load on Chrome with my Mac. I have rebooted multiple times and my co-worker having same issue. Works on Safari for Mac and Chrome for Windows. Both of us recent Mojave upgrades on 2018 MBP's. Pics are Chrome vs. Safari on same machine.
