Delta program
Hello , I'm new in this forum , so hope I'll be able to explain my problem.
I had one ticket with AirFrance/ KLM on return way . from Prague to Mauritisus
4 flights in one bought ticket , I can't add screenshot yet , because don't have 5 posts. So I have to copy the details
- Nov 02 2018 PRG To CDG — AF 1583 — got 532 MQM Reason : D = Mileage earned based on distance flown
- Nov 02 2018 CDG To MRU — AF 0460 — got 0 MQM Reason : Activity is not eligible for mileage credit
- Nov 18 2018 MRU To AMS — KL 0502 — got 0 MQM Reason : Activity is not eligible for mileage credit
- Nov 18 2018 AMS To PRG — KL 1359 — got 500 MQM Reason : D = Mileage earned based on distance flown
And I asked why my long flights was not eligible for miles .I exchange several emails with support and they told me that I have bought class X , and this one is exclude from MQM credit.
Even on my ticket was said clearly only Econnomy class and no info about specific class .
And what is confusing me is that,short flights was credited to my account , but long ones are not .
Both flights was with same company (AirFrance and KLM )
Do you have any explanation for this ?
