The IROPS repair tool works OK when changing from a one-stop routing another one-stop routing. But it chokes when you want to change from a one-stop to a 2 stop routing (sometimes that's all that is available.)

Another issue with the IROPs recovery system is that is searches for new flights within the next three days - of the current day, not of the cancelled/delayed flight. On Sunday I had a flight cancelled for Tuesday morning; the only alternative dates I could search were Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Given the winter weather and the waiver, I need to start searching from Tuesday onwards.

Put in my five city pairs (used the More Flights link). When going through the flight options, it will only let me do the first 4, then offers me a ticket to purchase.

This was a bug I dealt with years ago, it finally went away...now it is back.

My credit card billing address is a PO Box in Lake Forest, CA 90292. Delta rejects this and says I must use El Toro (shared post office, evidently).

Fine, but it won't let me store El Toro as a new billing address. From the ticketing window.

When I do it from the Profile it takes, but some time in the future their system internally updates it to Lake Forest and then the problems start all over again.

Last night I kept getting error when checking flight status, today it timed out trying to load My Reservations. Annoying times two

Online chat session begins only when an agent closes the session.

Online chat was stuck for 10 minutes on "please wait for next available agent" - and when it finally updated it revealed a whole session: The agent had signed on, answered my initial query, and since he got no response finished the session, without me having any chance to see any of this or interact.

Firefox 3.6.13 on Mac.

The logic for paid ticket searches by schedule and fare class are still not working correctly. For example, searching for a one-way Y fare DCA-ATL by schedule (3 PM), with the non-stop flights only box checked returns all of the direct DCA-ATL flights, followed by all of the connecting flights (it shouldn't have shown me any). Also, even though the sort field displayed in the pull down sort menu is showing "best match", the top results aren't the best match at all - they're incorrectly sorted by departure time.

I've noticed that what the booking engine returns as "best match" almost always isn't the "best match." For example, if I'm searching for a simple roundtrip by price, then the top result should be showing me the cheapest available flight for the dates I've chosen, and not require the extra step of sorting by price again.

When I do OLCI on dl.com and send to my mobile, at the airport if I can't get a signal I have to use the kiosk. BUT, I cannot access my PNR at the kiosk and it says see an agent. Very frustrating if I'm in a rush and defeats the purpose of having kiosks and/or using a mobile.

Also, still having issues for Skypriority printing out vouchers. Since I don't get it on my mobile, when I reprint I also don't get it whether DL.com or at the kiosk. Please fix this.

Your website is inconsistent (again).

If I am logged in and select flights for purchase, after selecting the return flight I am presented with the page listing all flights and I price i chose. Towards the bottom of the page is the "Review Secure Flight Section" data along with a "Purchase Now" button. My Secure Flight Data is missing! Yet, I have stored it in my profile several times.

If I instead click "Review and Purchase" which brings up a second screen to show me the flights I chose, all of my Secure Flight Data is there and is accurate.

Why does it show up correctly on one page and not on another? It's not a huge deal if I can't click Purchase on the first review screen - but it's inconvenient when one page has the correct data and another page doesn't.

You know, I was really missing finding these double-secret time travel segments (bookable only with PMUs). I'm not sure I know where to begin.

Last week I had a RDU-DTW-SFO routing and for some reason after checking-in, I could only view the upgrade list on the DTW-SFO flight.

I've been planning/gaming a lot of foreign travel and I've been frustrated with the searches being based on when your given leg leaves rather when it gets there. In some cases, the time between leaving my origin and getting to my destination is well over 24 hours (after when I would need to be there). I feel like I am not getting the full range of potential flights. If I have to get into Paris (or back from Frankfurt) on Monday, I want to see all the flights that will do that on one session on the website.

How much labor would it require to add an option for searching for flights based on when you actually get there (which matters as much or even more for biz travel than when you start). From there, I could refine the search on when I leave.

Can change seats in all the segments, but can not save them.
After "save and exit" the itinerary page shows the original assignment.

Tried to change one seat and save it, or two/multiple seats, nothing work.
