Are you a DL employee or IT contractor? I clearly stated "award ticket". Let DL IT do tech support in the future.

This is working just fine. You may have forgotten to have the 'I am travelling' box checked after logging in to do the award ticket search, or as posted above, the segment isn't eligible because there is no F cabin or because complimentary medallion upgrades aren't offered on the segments you've chosen.

IME looking for award tickets over the last few weeks, I hadn't noticed the 'not eligible' error until very recently. I'll update my first reply to the OP.

I just booked an award ticket this morning, and I saw that my seat selections (but not the preference in my profile) that I made in the booking process were completely ignored. Also, after again choosing my seats for each segment through the itinerary page, hitting 'save & exit' didn't save all of my seat selections for all of the segments - I had to 'save' each seat selection separately.

Negative Layovers?
I'm trying to book a flight from MLI to HKG on delta.com with +/- days option. When I select 12/21 - 12/31 I got this

______________________________________________
Delta 3876
Moline-Quad Cities (MLI) 1:30pm
Detroit-Wayne County (DTW) 4:09pm
Delta 27
Detroit-Wayne County (DTW) 3:40pm
Hong Kong (HKG) 8:45pm
______________________________________________
I ask live chat if it was a website bug or can I book the flight and their reponse was:
"The flights are scheduled by the ‘Schedule Department’. They keep the minimum connection time required at each airport in mind while preparing these flight schedules. Elements like distance from the arrival and departure gates are also considered while preparing these flight schedules. When the connecting time is less, the gates are usually in the same terminal which saves time so you should be just fine."
"You can book the specific flights."
Called Delta and CSR told me that the flight is for the next day and that I would be overnighting in DTW.
Whats going on, can I get the flight or not?

When searching for flights on the delta.com mobile site, I can pull up the calendar for selecting my travel dates (it also seems to take a lot longer than it used to to load, BTW). But the dates that I select don't show up in the date fields and I can't edit anything in the fields filled with 'mm/dd/yyyy'.

This is still an issue.

Both Married Segment Seats Available
Thank you DL for Finally! getting this going...
When booking married segments, (same flight number but change of aircraft over 2 segments, usually one int'l), the website now allows me to see and select seats individually for both legs of the flight number. This was a major headache for a long time...
Thanks!

changing flights on award tickets
I'm trying to use the 'change flights' option for an award itinerary that I booked last night. But for every segment of the trip that I select for doing the search and for any segment that I choose, I get

The formatting for the display of the flight options within the award ticket search needs to be fixed, e.g.

Also, when using the 'change flights' option within my existing award reservation, I'll occasionally get this error when I select one of the returned search results:

changing flights on award tickets (3)
Again trying to change an award ticket today, I select the new segment and I get to the 'Enter Info' page (step 3 of 5). After confirming all of the information and hitting 'Continue', I get an error message at the top of the page saying that my entered name doesn't match the name in my SM account, even though I couldn't edit any of those fields in the first place. They are already populated from my SM account from the original booking.

In my case, it looks as though the website has put the suffix in my last name (which also appears in my SM account) in the last name field instead of leaving it in the suffix field.
