Was checking on seat assignment for a DTW/AMS flight 21 June. Itin did not show up as I entered the 'Itineraries and Check In' page. In fact, I have 5 itins and only 3 are showing.
Hit Ctl + F5 to refresh and now I have 4 showing. Tried to refresh again, and now 3 itins are showing, but they are not all the same as earlier.
I believe this is something very recent, say as of yesterday the 19th, as I have not experienced this before.

DM line confirming for me that there are experiencing new IT issues since last night. I just called to confirm that I still have an itinerary in place for travel in 4 days that is not showing on delta.com itineraries when signed in. It showed on my "main" itinerary page, but when I clicked to try and pull it up, it then "disappeared" for good. He's had one other call similar to mine today, so they are aware of it.

Mobile Boardingpass
Seems like the recent changes to Sky Priority have not made it to the Mobile Boarding Passes yet. Zone 1 is displayed instead of Prem for FC-Cabin.
Edit:
Out of curiosity, i printed a Pass at the Kiosk and it shows Prem. Also, Boarding Times differ, with the Mobile Pass still showing the 30 minute window for boarding.

Triple MQM "Promotion Not Found" glitch
I signed up for the recent Triple MQM promotions described in this thread:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...s-shuttle.html
A web site bug, as described in the above thread (but one I didn't see posted here in this bug thread) is that on the My SkyMiles Promotions page, the link (http://www.delta.com/pet/doublemqmBNA062010tc/pet/main) which appears in the list with heading Individual Promotions / Promotion Name and which is intended to link to the promotion terms and conditions results in a page which says "Promotion Not Found. The promotion you are trying to view does not exist".
Interestingly, if I manually edit this link to add a # before the text "tc" in the URL, the link works:
http://www.delta.com/pet/doublemqmBNA062010#tc/pet/main
which redirects to

Mystery 50% bonus
Searched for PVG-NYC RT last week... after selecting all segments, at the itinerary summary page there was
Miles earned = 22868
MQM earned = 15246 (details)
Then details were
Activity Type and Description
Class of Service Paid
SkyMiles
Class of Service Bonus
Total Miles
MQM Earned
MQM Segments Earned
Delta 0646 Shanghai, China to Tokyo-Narita, Japan
K 1119 559 1678 1119 1
Delta 0172 Tokyo-Narita, Japan to New York-Kennedy, NY
K 6745 3372 10117 6745 1
Delta 0019 New York-La Guardia, NY to Shanghai, China
K 7382 3691 11073 7382 1
50% bonus with K class. Well it disappeared when I tried again this week.

Looking at an existing reservation with segments on DL,AS, and QX the seats are not accessable to the non-Delta segments, normal. AS2314, operated by Horizon, is showing equipment type as Boeing 757-300.

After checking in for my flight tomorrow, I can't view/change my seats for tomorrow's segments from the itinerary page (although I still can for the return) unless I'm on the check-in screen. This is a new bug even since my last flights earlier this week.
As I and others have mentioned in this thread, the seatmaps linked from the check-in screen do not correctly display the available preferred seats, as if the check-in page seatmaps don't "see" that I'm eligible.

Searching for one-way fares a second time doesn't work
When you search for a one-way fare, and then go back to search again, the button for one-way fares remains selected but you get errors asking you for your return date, etc. If you first click the round-trip button, and then go back to click the one-way button, and then search, it works fine.
I am continually amazed that Delta's web site gets worse, not better, over time. Oh, of course there are times when miraculously something seems to be fixed or improved, but it's not even one step forward two steps back, it's more like many steps back, more steps back, one step forward, more steps back. Despite Delta's (relatively infrequent) claims to be working on this, someone on the top floor must believe that this broken web site yields more money for Delta somehow. Friends I have who work in IT and do sophsiticated web site development assure me that Delta could fix all of its problems if it really wanted to. Is IT trying to solve these problems using an Applie II or Commodore 64?

This isn't a bug in so much as it's an inconsistency on delta.com.
When doing a revenue ticket search the equipment will be displayed as "767" if you're on a BE-configured 767-300ER on a dometic route...e.g. SEA-ATL 1135am departure.
However, if you search for an award ticket that same flight will show equipment as "767-300ER". Why does it show correctly on the award ticket search but not a revenue ticket?
Note: the domestic configured 767-300 appears as such on both revenue and award search results.

Pretty sure this is a DL.com bug. When I select my next reservation, I fly on 3 flights on an award reservation on a partner in O class.
AAA-BBB-CCC on Day 1
DDD-AAA on Day 2
In the Next flight section, it shows AAA-BBB and says 5 days until departure.
Flight BBB-CCC is the same day and it says 4 days until departure.
Both flights show correct day (July 9th) counter is off though.

Maybe this has been reported -- there are such a huge amount of postings in the Delta bugs forum that I can't get through them now -- but for the past week, every time I get an award ticket search result and click on Start Over, instead of getting the search screen so I can input modified values, I get the error message "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again." (Happens on Windows XP with both Firefox and IE.)
I sure hope their airplanes work better than their web site.
A few minutes after posting the above, I went to Delta and was using the Book Award Ticket page when I suddenly got a message that my session had expired due to inactivity, even though I had been using it continually. Then a few minutes later, I started getting random error messages saying something like Discontinue ButtomBottom Disabled. Then I found that certain months on the flexible results screen would sometimes be greyed out at random for no apparent reason. Is there some kind of booby prize for worst designed and maintained airline web site?

Are the problems with DLs website intentional?
Do we have any real reason to believe that anyone at DL is doing much to improve the website? It seems that it's been a very long time since it got better and a very long time that DL has heard from us and others about the hundreds of problems. Is it possible or likely that the disfunctionality of DLs website is intentional? It generates more revenue, particularly when you have to call a DL agent to use your skypesos. What other explanations are there that can explain why DLs website works so poorly. Friends of mine who are major website developers and programmers tell me that there's no excuse for a website that tells you seats are available at the low mileage level for both the outbound and return dates you want, only to discover when you move from calendar to specific flight options that there are only middle and higher mileage level seats available?
It's like a health insurance company denying 10% of claims automatically, knowing from long experience that not everyone who had a claim denied inappropriately will take action to reverse the denial?
Let's hear from you Delta, and let's see some action on your claims that you are aware of this and it will get better?

Somebody made a change on delta.com last night that broke the "Earning Miles With Partner" webpage.
When you click on SkyMiles / Ways to Earn Miles and then try to select the "Earning Miles with Partners" link, you are brought to this bad URL:
http://skymilesoffers.delta.com/index.php
This page was working great yesterday. Now I'm trying to buy a complex itinerary and won't pull the trigger because I have no idea if the fare classes I have selected on AF & KL are mileage earning or not. UGH.
