Yes we are reading this thread and we are trying to work out and resolve issues that have been posted in this thread.

I will try to do my best and call out issues and let you know when they are fixed.

One bug that should be fixed now is the paid / flown class of service when viewing your account history. Let us know if you are still seeing issues with this.

i submitted a compliment/complaint the other day and got the usual email notification saying my message had been received and someone would get back to me soon. BUT in this auto-response email i noticed that the content of my submitted "message" down at the bottom is totally blank.

so now i'm wondering is it more likely that my message was successfully submitted and there is some bug in how this auto-email was generated, or is there some poor delta email responder scratching their head at a compliment/complaint form with flight numbers and dates filled in but no content ...

Just tried to do a TPA - PIT RT for the weekend of Nov 12th returning the 14th. On Friday (12th) I saw 10 or 12 choices. I picked one for the 12th and the system came back and displayed only one choice for the return on Sunday (a 3:11pm going through JFK). I knew that there were more options (going through ATL, DTW, CIN etc) so I played around and changed the option button to search from cabin to fare class and about 10 or 15 flights then showed up on the return. Since both of the cabin options were for economy and there are plenty of seats, seeing only 1 flight on Sunday is a problem. Once I switched from searching back by fare class to cabin and started over searching by cabin, the multiple flights showed up on Sunday...

Just went into Delta.com and had it happen again on a trip from TPA - BWI.

Just tried to do a 4 flight multicity as follows:
ABY-DTW 11/13
DTW-ICN 11/13
ICN-DTW 11/17
DTW-ABY 11/17

The last flight selection screen does not show the "Select" buttons, so I could not complete the itinerary.

Tried it a couple of times, no joy.

Using Firefox 3.6.10

Also, the paid class of service is not showing on any of the multicity screens.

Here's one.

Searching BNA to different destinations. (HSV is home airport.)

Using flexible dates, weekends in October.

When it brings up the weekend view, I click start over to go back to the main booking page. Most of my search options are erased - my starting airport is reset to HSV, and the flexible dates is set back to the 3 days +/- option.

I can hit the back button, but I'd like start over to behave better.

I haven't been able to submit a special meal request on eligible itineraries for a few weeks. The error is

System Unavailable

SMS can process it without a problem.

Issues with Mac browsers?

Does anyone else have these issues on a mac? Both browsers have been updated to their most recent versions.

In Safari, delta.com is unusable. For every page that tries to load, I get a series of "Slow Script" errors, each of which takes about 1-2 minutes to resolve (with spinning wheel of death). This lead me to try Firefox...

In Firefox I don't get the "Slow Script" errors, however the award calendar won't allow me to switch months, switch dates or even know which date it's really on. This seems to be a "broken" issue I've never encountered before.

Has anyone else seen these issues? Anyone have a fix?

well i can follow up on my own question for anyone else this happens to -

it appears that what you see in the confirmation email is what got submitted to delta. i got an email back after a week or so laden with apologies but also saying it appeared my message had gotten cut off so if i could please send them my message (via reply) they would proceed with a resolution to whatever my problem was.

kudos to the email responders for even addressing a complaint that had no content !

Trying to book a flight for next Sept 3-10. Shows as valid dates on the booking calendar, but then DL.com throws up an error saying the dates must be within 331 days of today. It is, but it won't let me book. The calendar will let me pick up to Sept 11th, but not actually book unless I pick the 9th. Why does the calendar give me those days if I can't book on them?

Sorry, the last part of that didn't copy. But it basically says to enter my email addy into the system so that I can be notified of changes etc.

My email address has always been in there. I get email all the time from them so what's up with that? I reentered it, got a confirmation and dang if it didn't happen again just now.
I get this every time I log in to dl.com. The email address works fine, I receive emails from Delta through it, yet the website keeps telling me that it's no good (when I go into my profile, that address is flagged in red). Super annoying!

OK, when I try to buy a ticket, the place where you enter the 3 or 4 number credit card code# will only accept three numbers. And all AMEX cards have a 4 number code! Anyone else notice this?

Also, when I go to the Manage Skymiles page and click on the Missing Flights, the flight credit page never comes up... Firefox browser... yet if I type in the URL from scratch, the Flight Credit page loads.

today i went to check my tsa secure flight info for an upcoming trip, and when using Chrome as my browser the info i had previously entered into my profile was not automatically pulled up. when i reentered it, the form crashed at submission (3x).

then i tried it in internet explorer and all the info was pulled up correctly, and the form successfully accepted my addition of my traveling companion's info.

something is not right about the tsa secure flight info popup screen with google chrome !
