i submitted a compliment/complaint the other day and got the usual email notification saying my message had been received and someone would get back to me soon. BUT in this auto-response email i noticed that the content of my submitted "message" down at the bottom is totally blank.

so now i'm wondering is it more likely that my message was successfully submitted and there is some bug in how this auto-email was generated, or is there some poor delta email responder scratching their head at a compliment/complaint form with flight numbers and dates filled in but no content ...
