For an upcoming TATL trip it's impossible to enter an US address (required for visitors). The form does not save the information, but just states that "it was impossible to save your information". My companion is a US citizen, I'm not - so I guess the system is not able to cope with the mixed requirements.

Delta added the ability to perform recent searches from your 4 most recent. If one of those happens to be a one way search, the search will fail when you select it from the recent search window. Delta neglected to modify the round trip / one way box to correctly populate the data from the recent search.

I checked for award travel next summer. When I click on each choice, a red warning message at the last booking screen says just sold out. For every single one, 11 months in advance. And they're still wide open for cash sales. Computer glitch, most likely. I already sent an e-mail to Delta a few days ago, but no reply.

The new changes to the website are a joke.
Delta - please start over and get a website that moves quickly and works as it should. This colorful new home page takes forever to load and has made it very cumbersome to move around the site.
It's 2010! Hire a web company that knows what they are doing. This is ridiculous!

When I try to book an award flight on KLM metal it shows up like this

I don't know if it's a bug OR intended enhancement, but now the award search rarely shows AF, KL award seat.
Some weeks ago, I could find seat intra-European AF/KL flights on Delta.com, now it shows very weird routing such as ARN-ATL-AMS when I search ARN-AMS.

If you have a particular routing in mind, you might have better luck with the multi-city search option. I've found I sometimes have to hold delta.com's hand a little bit to get it to give me more options, especially for award tickets. FWIW, I think that there is another recent thread reporting recent experience booking AF/KL flights on delta.com, similar to yours.

If you search by schedule then you can get KLM and Air France flights. All Klm and Air France flights I have been able to get a price summary for have been the lowest price too. Don't you just love the specal enhancements on the delta website
