Dear Delta,
I know you want me to use the app, but it doesn't work on my device.
So I resort to the PDF timetable . Why is February's still up there?

Here's the response:
I don't understand why their answers have to be so robotic. What's wrong with "We apologize. We'll fix this right away."?
This makes me want to retch.
Anyway, no miles

Well that was quick... 50 minutes!
My guess is that it'll be up in 3 weeks.

^ The date ranges are better than the old method.
I don't know if it's new or I'm just noticing it now, but the schedules don't include the state or country name.. and so if you look under "From ATL" you get things like:
Albany (ABY)
Albany (ALB)
Charleston (CHS)
Charleston (CRW)
Columbus (CMH)
Columbus (CSG)
Columbus (UBS)
Fayetteville (FAY)
Fayetteville (FYV)
and so on...
Weird, just weird.

When I login today to delta.com I see a flight not mine as my next upcoming flight. This is a flight I bought a month ago for my mom. Reservation is hers with her SM# but shows up as my next trip.

Bomb is playing with me tonight. Was looking at awards w/ Alitalia and selecting by schedule. Can't get past either the "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again" or "The flight you selected just sold out" no matter what I do.

Anyone else having issues loading Delta.com in Firefox? I'm on a Mac running OS 10.7.5, and when I load the homepage, there's a black bar across the top (so I can't login), and none of the links (MY TRIPS, BOOK A TRIP, etc.) will expand. Working fine in Safari, so not a huge deal, but still...
