Here's an odd one:
My OAK-SLC flight today is shown as being a Delta Shuttle flight when I look up it's status by route

Dear Delta,

I know you want me to use the app, but it doesn't work on my device.

So I resort to the PDF timetable . Why is February's still up there?

I finally got angry enough about it and had a spare minute, so I wrote in about it. Maybe I'll get some miles

Here's the response:
Dear misterbean,

RE: Case Number XXXXXXX

Thank you for your email to Delta Air Lines mentioning the incorrect
information in February's timetable.

Our apologies for the inaccuracy and for any confusion it may have
caused. We always appreciate our customers letting us know about things
like this, and we have forwarded this on to our delta.com team to
correct.

We genuinely appreciate your support and trust.

Sincerely,

XXX XXX

I don't understand why their answers have to be so robotic. What's wrong with "We apologize. We'll fix this right away."?
This makes me want to retch.

Anyway, no miles

Been a full week, and DL is not able to upload a file to the website, or add a comment instead. I wrote in again....

Well that was quick... 50 minutes!
Dear misterbean,

RE: Case Number XXXXXX

Thank you for your recent email regarding the flight schedule
information on delta.com.

We do understand that it must be extremely inconvenient for you to have
to write back to us repeatedly. Our records indicate that your request
has been sent to the appropriate department previously. Another reminder
will be forwarded; however, please allow time for processing the
request.

We value your participation in our SkyMiles program and would be
delighted to have another chance to restore your trust and confidence in
our service.

Sincerely,

XXXXX XXXXXX

My guess is that it'll be up in 3 weeks.

^ The date ranges are better than the old method.
I don't know if it's new or I'm just noticing it now, but the schedules don't include the state or country name.. and so if you look under "From ATL" you get things like:

Albany (ABY)
Albany (ALB)

Charleston (CHS)
Charleston (CRW)

Columbus (CMH)
Columbus (CSG)
Columbus (UBS)

Fayetteville (FAY)
Fayetteville (FYV)

and so on...
Weird, just weird.

When I login today to delta.com I see a flight not mine as my next upcoming flight. This is a flight I bought a month ago for my mom. Reservation is hers with her SM# but shows up as my next trip.

Bomb is playing with me tonight. Was looking at awards w/ Alitalia and selecting by schedule. Can't get past either the "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again" or "The flight you selected just sold out" no matter what I do.

Argh

Oh boy. On the new PDF schedule 12am/12pm are reversed throughout.

This can be quite misleading

Anyone else having issues loading Delta.com in Firefox? I'm on a Mac running OS 10.7.5, and when I load the homepage, there's a black bar across the top (so I can't login), and none of the links (MY TRIPS, BOOK A TRIP, etc.) will expand. Working fine in Safari, so not a huge deal, but still...

Back in business...not sure if it was a glitch on my end or Delta's end, but the website is now loading properly in Firefox!
