Is there a simple way to "PRINT TRIP" now?? Where the entire round trip itinerary will print out on one page? I do not see that link any more...maybe it's just me!

sorting award ticket results

For a few days now, when I get to the award ticket search results page and I try to use the pull-down menu to sort the results by a different criterion, the website kicks me out saying that my session has expired.

changing award tickets online

For a while, the change flights option from within award reservations was disabled. But since it's been back, the website always chokes immediately after initiating a search for alternate flights. It only gets as far as allowing me to select which flight within the confirmed itinerary that I want to change.

Using Chrome, seats are available and show on ExpertFlyer, when I go to reserve, keep getting "I'm sorry one of your trips has sold out." How to get around this? The seats ARE there!

I will stay away from hyperbole, but for a conservative statement, "this new web page is the worst I have ever used from any major vendor."

And as it is December when I review who my favorite hotel and airline programs will be for the coming year, it is bad timing on their part that they screwed this up so badly at this time of the year.

I'm not sure I ever used the "Print Trip" link, but an easy way to print a one-page receipt with your itinerary (and cost information) is as follows:
When viewing the details of an itinerary, there is a small link that says "VIEW RECEIPT" near the top of the page (just above the large bar that says "FLIGHT INFORMATION". Click that link and the receipt will pop up in the middle of the page. There is a little printer icon in the upper right hand corner of the receipt. Click that and print to paper or PDF. I usually use the printer dialogue box to have it print just the first page, since the terms and conditions always run over onto the second page. The first page always has the important information including the itinerary and cost/tax info.

Using Chrome, if I come back to delta.com after my session expired (having previously logged in) and I try to book a trip or click "More Search Options", I am redirected to

https://www.delta.com/smlogin/skymil...dRedirect=true

which just renders a blank page. Logging in again fixes the problem.

No login area on home page at delta.com

Just started for me late this afternoon. I go to delta.com, and there no longer is anywhere to log into the web page so that I can view my trips, SkyMiles account, nothing.

Refreshing, closing browser, etc. does no good. Wonderful page with no links that work to anything.

Ok, but sometimes you want to search without logging in e.g., just to do a price check or a flight status check.

Same on firefox (new problem as of this week). "Fix" as follows: If you click "Not me" so your sky number goes away, then try searching twice, the 2nd time things clear. Dreadful dreadful system with dreadful dreadful test plan.

Right, which is why I posted this.

Fortunately, it looks fixed-enough now. On session expired, I now get the "GET BACK IN THERE" page, but if I ignore the direction to login I can continue without logging in.

What happened to the DL lifetime MQM counter on delta.com? It seems to be buried if at all there anymore.

When using my iPad, quite frequently I am unable to login to Delta.dumb. It seems that the page doesn't fully load and the login boxes don't appear. I've even tried to enter by clicking the Skymiles area and then clicking sign in, but it points down towards a login box that is not appearing.

Anyone else experience this and know of a remedy (short of the obvious tactic of not using an iPad--that's all i've got on the road)?

I've been having a few *really* annoying issues with the new website.

1. I try to Check In. I successfully do so and even print boarding passes but both the desktop and mobile sites do not acknowledge that I've checked in.

2. I have been receiving emails and push notifications for trips that began and ended in the past few weeks! Hello, McFly, I don't need to check in for a flight from 10 days ago.

Could this be because the ipad doesn't have native Java support built-in? I know of a number of ipad users that complain about webpages not displaying correctly.
