Can't book anything tonight on IE or Chrome. What a piece of junk website.

I tried using a $50 e-cert last night and I was able to find it by the certificate number but when I went to hit "continue" and the button wasn't there. I went back, selected "I have a certificate" again, typed in my credit card number and hit continue and it charged the whole amount to my card

I tried to change seats on an upcoming itinerary today and was again given an error message and told to try again later, I sure like calling Delta to move from 27A to 20A

I can't shop by price on delta.dumb any more. It always reverts to "view flights based on schedule". Anyone else seeing this?

any word on adding back saved profiles for travelers we book for.... nwa.com style? (Pull down list of family, friends, etc. with their contact info, passport info, TSA info, etc.)

I experience this issue sometimes when looking at fares originating in a smaller market with limited flights, where DL only wants to show me broken fares (and only a price at the very end). This also happened before the "enhancement."

I've been trying for 2 days to book an intra-EU ticket (direct KL flights, to/from AMS) and it NEVER works.
What a crappy website...

delta.com is currently showing all kinds of phantom availability. Click on an offered flight and it as likely as not will then error out "Ha, ha, fooled you! Try again.". (I am NOT talking about the calendar. I am talking about errors that have persisted more than 48 hrs.)

Woke uo to find a message from trip it to check in for my flight from SIN tomorrow. Go to DL app on iPad which doesn't show the trip but gives me a check in indicator. Using it causes app to crash. Go to delta.com which shows it in itinerary but clicking it gives me an error saying itin does not exist although the checkin link does work. Ticket# doesn't work either. Contact delta assist who says reservation is fine but I'm not the only one in SIN having this problem.

Attention Delta IT: Website Issue
I am trying to book an AVL - LON, CDG - AVL R/T for late September or early August.
My problem is with the "Layover Duration" on the available flights page. It is locked in at a minimum of eight hours and a maximum of nine. While a layover in the three hour range might be advisable, especially on the return, eight is a bit extreme.
Would someone at DL please look into this.
