I've noticed a pattern since C+ was launched wherein I will receive an email when my C+ "upgrade" clears however I do not receive an email notification when I later hit the window and clear the Delta One upgrade.

I've encountered this 4/4 times since C+ in mid-May.

I have experienced this same thing 4 times in the last 3 weeks, including on reservations that were made directly into C+ inventory before the new changes, for flights after May 16th.

Right now all the seating charts for my flights home later this week show up as "view only" on the website. Anyone else seeing this issue? I noticed it last night and checked again this morning and am still getting the error. Since it is for two different flights, one on a little RJ, I'm assuming it isn't just an issue with them doing an equipment swap or something.'

Edit: I checked and I can move my seat using the app. So it appears to only be a problem on delta.com and not an issue with the flights being locked or something.

Does anyone know if the mobile app updates your MQM totals on a delay? Right now my app is showing my MQM total different than my online profile at Delta.com. Anyone experienced this before? Which one is right?

The one with the higher mqm is always right.

I usually book directly through delta.dumb, but I just booked a trip through my company's travel portal (concur) and my "passenger information" is different than usual.

but for this trip it says

JOHNQMR SMITH

is this going to screw up precheck etc? Can I call delta and have them "fix" this or will that just cause more problems?

I'm looking for SEA-WAS on Sat 18 June: start out with Advanced Search, select First/Business, search returns 1-20 of 47 results sorted by "Best Match" (which makes no sense anyway unless that's the order in which DL thinks they want to try to fill up the flights; there's no obvious rhyme or reason -- duration, airport, price, departure/arrival times ... for the sequence)

I click "Show All" to get all 47 on one screen, then click "Sort by Departure" and poof! 1-20 of 47 results

ok, that's a PITA, but toward the bottom of the 20 there's an option into DCA for about $50 over the redeye into BWI ... not bad, but I'm not really thrilled about departing at 0645, so I click "Sort by Price" to see if that or a similar fare might be available on a later flight ... no joy, but no surprise since I know that long layovers don't always display in WAS searches ... I put SEA-DCA in the Modify Search box ... poof! search returns 1-20 of 50 flights in **all** cabins

c'mon, DL IT ... how difficult is it to preserve search criteria for a session?

Just received an app notification of change to departure time to, roughly, now.

It still has the wrong gate assignment (initially said A12, got to airport and it was actually A6).

Planning an SDC and doing a test F booking to get a ballpark idea. LAS-JFK on Sunday 6/12 with one stop.

There are a few results through LAX that say "Multiple Cabins" which I figured was because of First vs. Business but on a closer look the LAS-LAX flight says Main Cabin and "Upgrade Eligible" and even in some cases "Upgrade Available"

e.g. DL2808/DL40 (this is an F search so the left column is Delta One/First and the right column is -Flex):





DL761/DL1162, DL761 shows (B) and Upgrade Eligible with 5 F seats unassigned on the map

not just thru LAX either, LAS-SLC-JFK DL2140/DL1264, DL2140 shows (B) and Upgrade Eligible with 2 seats unassigned on the map (the other oddity on this one is that popup on the flight number or expanded Details show DL1264 as a 738 but View Seats pulls up the map as a 36J 763)

IT glitch? One of the samples is full Y/J so I wouldn't think it's a fare rules quirk.
