The summary of my account when I log into DL.com is showing me having 0 EQS. When I actually go to Account History it shows the correct 19 segments though. Weird.

I've been trying to use the flexible day option for international travel, and it shows NOT AVAILABLE on nearly every square. I may have to resort to creating my own.

What is happening with the ability to book AF award tickets in biz? I've never had trouble for flights in winter and no matter what dates/itineraries I insert, I always get the "sold out" message at the end and others are having the same problems. Is this a glitch that is taking a long time to remedy?

Looking at LAX-PVG and received this a few times. It started at 22k MQM, then 26k, and at last 27k. Details show some crazy stuff.

Not only can I go to Ireland over Thanksgiving, but I can leave the Monday after and still get back in time for turkey!

E Boarding Pass not being sent to smartphone.

I checked in yesterday and requestes both a paper and an E Boarding pass, which is what I always do. I received a test on my phone that the Boarding pass would arrive shortly and it never has.

Verizon, Samsung Charge.

Both my wife & I got the EBoarding passes this way for our 8/1 flights. I have them on my phone going back to March 6th.

You have the PNR in my PM about Bag Tracking.

Ahh, Verizon is the key. You should be able to go through the check in process again and get a mobile boarding pass sent to your device now.

Am I the only one who can't get e-mails from Delta? I have purchased a ticket, never got a confirmation e-mail even though it is in my trips. I asked to have the receipt e-mailed and never got anything. I have chekced my spam filter, but it's not in there either.

This is a new problem that I wasn't having a few months ago.

Upgrade Requested becomes Upgrade Eligible

Just thought I would post this here as another data point.

The last two itineraries I have flown have had this exact same problem. I booked on Delta.com, made sure that "Request Upgrade" was checked, and checked that it was showing "Upgrade Requested" on My Trips. I am Silver Medallion so I don't check back for the upgrade until 1 day before the trip.

Both times, I check back at Delta.com to see that the flight is now showing "Upgrade Eligible" instead of "Upgrade Requested". EF shows V4 so I know there is inventory available. I call Reservations and ask why I am not on the upgrade list (today, the agent actually insisted that I must be on the list and just hadn't cleared because I was Silver ; I asked him to check "just to be sure" and of course EF was right and he was wrong). Both times the Res agent was surprised to find that I have, in their words, "declined the upgrade". Both times, I inform them that it is not true, and ask to be reinstated. Both times, the upgrade immediately clears.

Just to follow up on my own earlier post, I e-mailed DL through the link on their web site with this story. The first reply I got was a canned e-mail explaining how to check whether my upgrade had been confirmed. I replied that they completely missed my question, and got a response saying they were sorry I was disappointed in the earlier reply, and that they checked and according to their records my upgrade was now confirmed, and thank you for flying Delta.

I guess the tech support responses are designed to guarantee that I never waste my time e-mailing them about a problem again.

I tried to book BOS-MCO for 9/1 using a $50 eTCV earlier today. I found a U fare on Google, but all I was pulling up through the TCV redemption portal on DL.com was an L fare for about $40 more. I called technical assistance, and the IT person was also unable to find the U fare on the voucher portal. She ended up booking it for me directly, but without some behind-the-scenes magic, it wasn't going to happen.

I am not sure if this is related to the "unable to find low fares while logged in to SM account" problem. I was logged in at the time, but the IT person was not, and she still couldn't find the U fare through the voucher portal.
