Aerolineas not showing on delta.com?

Just over the weekend, I could book intra-S Am segments (like GIG-AEP) on partner Aerolineas. But not today. In fact, AEP is even labelled as an unknown airport today (only EZE available). Anyone has the same experience?

I'm not one to complain about web/application/UI design problems, and certainly not changes.

However, the new (last week) bug I'm having with dl.com is beyond even my patience levels. I cannot log-in at all unless I leave the home page first and then I have to log-in through the not so accessible log-in module at the bottom of the page that SOMETIMES pops up when my mouse moves down there.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

YES! Almost all the time.

Complaints and feedback to Delta have yielded either no reply or a reply that says "log in using your credentials on the delta.com home page".

I've given up on the website. I can't even book a ticket there now because it tries to put a name on the ticket that has my middle name repeated twice, or a name without my middle name at all. Which means, of course, that my name on boarding pass doesn't match TSA's "secret database" name and thus PreCheck doesn't work, and it doesn't match my ID name.

I give up. Any ideas?
I get this ALL THE TIME. Often even the first thing I do after login gets the session expired message and I have to login all over again, and again, and again. I've reported the problem many times.

Angry Delta.com on iPad is almost useless

I have never been so frustrated by a website. I somehow managed to book one flight today, but now I can't do anything without being told my session has expired. The reassurance that I will be able to go back and finish what I started is like salt in a wound - I have restarted at the beginning so many times that I am surprised my iPad is not lying across the room in pieces. The login box is tiny and half hidden at the bottom of the page so that a click often fails to bring up the keyboard. Flight search pages take forever to load, and while they look complete, scrolling is impossible - popping back to the top as soon as it is released until the wheel stops turning, often over a minute per page. I have restarted everything many times, checked all the requirements for browsers and OS, all should be fine, but it is a complete mess. I have submitted several complaints - not even one acknowledgment that they have been received. I thought the new iPad app might address some of these issues, but it just sends me back to the impossible web site. Honestly, I am at a loss for words and ideas - other than to boycott Delta until they fix this.

Yup.

I can use the new fly delta app on my ipad for some things. But like you said, that app sometimes sends you over to the web site for things like awards booking, redeeming a certificate, etc. and once you are there on your ipad, you're basically out of luck. Have to go to the PC to use the web site. Or call Delta and have them do it for you. Hard to believe it has been broken for so long.

1) When I am scrolling through the calendar to pick travel dates it suddenly knocks me out and back to the main page. I have to start selecting dates all over again. Clumsy/sloppy design.

2) I have continued problems with secure flight. A few days ago I got a pop up screen asking me to confirm my data once and for all and this would apply to currently booked and all subsequent trips. When I view my trips--> passenger info, some are correct and some are not. It also appears I am unable to edit my name (in this case correct it) anymore. I had a long talk with tech support tonight and they see everything entered correctly. It remains to be seen if they are correct and I hope pre-check doesn't bounce me out. I don't know why this is so difficult.

Just has totally bombed out on me. I can't even get to the main webpage without an "application is not available" error code 500. I hate this website beyond words.

Delta.com
Error Page Exception
SRVE0260E: The server cannot use the error page specified for your application to handle the Original Exception printed below....

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now you in Delta.com.IT may realize there is a problem. And maybe you will fix it???? Nah, too hopeful thinking.

I did OLCI on DL.com as per my usual last night, with no problems. I actually checked twice to be sure it went all the way through the process, as I've made that mistake before.... I never print my BP, just re-print it at the airport kiosk. However, running a bit late for my flight this morning, I went to the kiosk and was just under the 30 min window pre-flight. It automatically re-booked me to the next flight, saying I couldn't check in...even though I already had. When I got to the gate, 15 mins before departure (TSA pre-check at MCO is magical), the GA was clearing stand-bys and I saw her printing a new BP for my seat to give an upgrade to someone already on the plane. I was able to stop her before she finished the process and get my seat back. Has anyone had this happen before, where you check in online but the kiosk doesn't recognize you when you're running late for the flight?

The mobile BP is pointless because it doesn't work if you do OLCI, only if you check in on the app (a deficiency v. UA). I don't always have access to a printer, and don't care to keep up with the paper while traveling anyway. I don't want to change my OLCI + kiosk re-print habit unless I absolutely have to.

I can OLCI and have it send the BP to my phone via text. I sometimes have to expand the picture so it scans, but at least I have it available.

It is annoying that if I OLCI then the app won't allow me to check in and can't get the BP.

You should be able to. Tap the green check mark that says "Checked In" and it will take you back through the check in process so you can get your BPs on your phone.

Today while attempting to book a HDN-DAY round trip, the first choice on flights left from ATL and went to HDN connecting to a flight from ATL-DAY.

Only over 1000 miles between gates.

By mistake, I tried to book it without noticing this minor gate separation and "fortunately" got the "just sold out" message.

After another try, I checked a little closer and found the problem and surprisingly was able to book a good flight.

Cheers
