When attempting to make a reservation on my ipad the drop-down calendar for departure and return dates doesn't work. This has been a problem since the new website started. The scheduling calendar works fine on my laptop and PC. Haven't tried it on my android phone.

Pathetic IT, if VP shouldn't be fired then QA certainly should.

go on the regular website and move your mouse over the progress bar for MQM's, if the bar is blue the caption "Medallion Qualification Miles/Segments" appears and if you move it over the grey area it says "undefined".

On Andriod app total flight time on reservations are more than not "null"

Here's my latest - for the SAME flight
Ipad app indicates 0 seats avail in F, I am first on list
Delta.com on chrome or safari indicates there are 26 seats avail in F, I am first on list.
I seem to think both of these might be incorrect.

I have a flight tomorrow (Monday) at 840am. It was changed to 810am, got an email and VM notice from DL. ^

But website says Sunday at 810am on the main homepage.

I've had this issue before and I see it still isn't fixed. My Dad and I have the same first name but different middle names. When I enter First Name, Middle Initial. Last Name for me then First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name for him it keeps saying "Same first names, you must enter different middle name". Even when I spell out both our middle names it won't go forward

on Sun evening, iPhone app sent three departure notifications, about 2 hrs apart, for the same flight -- which is actually on Wed afternoon ... I verified that the reservation still appears in "My Trips" and that all seat assignments are intact, so I'm presuming this was just a random thing

I logged in to my 12 year old son's account. Now, everytime I load the home page it has his number pre-filled. I click the "not me" button and the number is removed. However, it starts all over again when I reload or start the home page or start a new session (even if I check to remember my account number for the future).

I've cleared all the cookies and history ... I'm running IE 9

I apologize if the answer to this is somewhere in the 97 pages of posts but has anyone figured out how to log into their account using MAC and safari. I always get the expired message as soon as I log in. Tried erasing cookies etc and nothing has worked. For some reason, I kept thinking that Delta would fix this......Yea, I dont know what I was thinking. Can only access my account from my iPhone.

If you are trying to book and type in the proper city code for the destination and click tab instead of clicking on the "expanded" option with the full city code DL.com provides, the website will kick you back and tell you to enter a valid city .

I posted about this earlier. I used to be able to log in to delta.com using my MacBook and Safari. Then suddenly it stopped working about three weeks ago. I can still log in on my iPad using Safari but others have reported having the same problem on iPads.

upgrade available?

I've been noticing this disturbing bug when booking flights on delta.com within my UG window - flight segments will show 'upgrade available' when I haven't been upgraded yet. So I call in to ask what's going on and the agents just tell me there's no upgrade inventory. If I were purchasing flights more last-minute and chose a segment like that expecting an upgrade, then I think that qualifies as a 'bait 'n switch'.

Tried booking multicity from SEA-ATL-BOS for 12 Jul 2013 on Delta.com. Priced as $215 on Econ X class. Went all the way to payment page, entered the VISA verification SMS code, then was told booking could not be processed. Called the Call Centre and they somehow could not replicate the fare even though everyone I asked could. Wierd.
