searches by fare class for CRJ segments
When searching by fare class G or higher for a city pair that includes a segment in a market only served by CRJs/ERJs without a FC cabin, the booking engine chokes and says that I have to call in. I don't recall seeing this issue before.

Just happened to me. Remember something on the forums about it but thought it was a fluke... dreamer
I purchased a One Day Pass today at www.delta.com for Delta Sky Club and upon completion of transaction, a page comes up with the pass which must be immediately printed out. Unfortunately the pass is incomplete as there is no barcode/qcode image in the white rectangle, bottom left.
I have printed the Pass which no shows a tiny image missing icon, in place of the code.
Also the Printout is missing an amount in the value: column
I have a screenshot I got off Internet explorer if that helps. I also contacted Delta about it. Now what?

On the Delta Homepage;
There is a MAJOR snafu under "Book a Trip".
After you place the Departing Airports and Arriving Airports(From/To)
and you attempt to use the PULL Down Calendar and go forward a few months(i.e. November) the calendar will either disappear or will enter erroneous data.
It is very annoying........and very well could differentiate whether or not a customer purchases a ticket.
The problem was verified by several coworkers and e-mail to DL have gone unanswered.

Go-around: If you click on "More Search Options", you'll get to the advanced booking page where the problem does not exist.

Unable to log into my sky miles account on both delta.com via Chrome browser and the iPad app. Both result in the same error stating "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request. Please try again later."

Unable to establish password for existing account.
Our son has had a SM account for years. It was transferred from NW and he had never accessed it from delta.com. He tried to establish a password last evening and dl.dumb just hung up when he tried to enter his email address.

Anyone else having issues selecting Economy Comfort seats? I am DM and logged into my account, yet I keep getting the "Passenger is not eligible for this seat" error message. Tried on two separate itineraries with the same result.

Wow, I need another cup of coffee. I was trying to select seats on flights that hadn't been officially issued by my corporate travel agent. I'm now able to select them without any problem.

I'm trying to buy flights on Delta.com and I get to the end and it keeps saying:

When I search for a multi-city itinerary, sometimes when I get to a leg the page will not show me any options. It doesn't show me an error message or say that flights are unavailable or sold out, it just doesn't show me any options.
When this happens, the "sponsored links" box that is normally at the bottom of the page displays up near where the flight options would normally appear. Perhaps the flight options are there but "under" the misplaced sponsored links box.
