When this happens, the "sponsored links" box that is normally at the bottom of the page displays up near where the flight options would normally appear. Perhaps the flight options are there but "under" the misplaced sponsored links box.

I see this all time, especially when doing an award search, and it drives me nuts! It's been an issue for months, too. I guess we should make it bug #43689 since the relaunch of delta.com. Some days, I really miss the NWA site...

Here's a new one (for me, at least). Today I got one of those "Tips for your upcoming JFK flight" emails - the one that promos the SC, tells you to check your terminal, and all that jazz.

Only problem? I don't have any JFK flights currently planned. I'm guessing DL.com somehow got mixed up with an upcoming LGA trip.

Also entertaining - in the little box talking up the new T4 SC, they have a picture of the ATL F SC.

Ahh, it really is the little things in life...

anybody else seeing massive "targeted" Delta ads after visting the Delta site? Pretty much any site (e.g. flyer talk, but also non travel related sites) show ads for Delta "Economy Comfort" upgrades. All the ad sports on most sites showing the same ad. Also seems a waste of money as I am already in EC as a DM.

If I try to search for an award ticket when not logged in--it 'supposedly' allows me to--but only returns revenue options. Guess that's one way to make sure they know how much to make sure elites log in and they can overcharge 'appropriately' mileage-wise.

Whenever I book a ticket through Travelocity, delta.com does not let me choose a special meal. This has happened on three or four occasions with domestic First/Business tickets. Phone agents can add the special meal with no problem.

Sadly no, since the current site was a major (mostly good) overhaul. I would be overjoyed if I went to delta.com one day and saw the old NW site...ahh the memories!

Sorry for the cross-post -- it's about FlyDelta mobile App, I believe it's better to post it here rather than in a separate thread.

I've recently updated to the latest version of Delta App on iPhone (IOS 6.1.2). I'm not a SM member so I use the "continue as guest" link. Now it crashes the App when I attempt to click it. Anyone noticed similar problems?

I was on DL.com today checking out a MR to FAI. Using ITA Matrix, I found a decent flight. Matrix showed as 8010 miles but DL.com shows:

As you can see the last leg is a V class fare like all the other segments, but the last shows no MQM's being earned.

Is this a bug or some "new enhancement"?

Both colleagues and mine "My Delta" isn't showing any flights/reservations. Also having issues on the app. Makes it hard to check in...

I can not check-in either, and none of my trips are showing. Hope it gets working again before morning! I was able to book a flight today, but then I could not choose my seats, and had to call in for that after the booking.

FYI for anyone else trying to check-in via the not working My Trips or with Skymiles # - I was able to check-in with my confirmation # even though My Trips and such are still not working.

Are there two versions of Fly Delta for Apple Devices?

Are there two versions of Fly Delta for Apple devices? One RED and the other Blue? The red one is much more elaborate with the screen doing a "flash" message that says "welcome platinum medallion member" and then shows the hill overlooking Hollywood with a 'version' of the famous sign.

It offfers many more options than the 'blue' version of the app but the red version is quirky and crAshes a lot. I can't find An update in the Apple Store; only newer versions of the 'blue' version.

Has anyone used/seen the RED version? Was it a temporary thing for upper Mexallion members? Should I just delete it from my IPad?

Thanks for any info or advice.
