Seatmap on delta.com for flt 104, ATL -> DTW on 20 July 2010 is messed up.
It's saying equipment is 737-800, but seatmap is for an MD-88 (which is what I expect I'll be riding on). ExpertFlyer errors out on that flight, so I am selecting seats blind

I hope 25D works out !

I posted this on a seperate thread a few days ago but wanted to mention it here to make sure the Delta IT guys see it:

When I go to book JFK-GND I get to the final price confirmation screen and it asks me if I want to upgrade to Business Elite for $558...it even list all the benefits of the BE service with the seats and food/wine. This is obviously a huge error because BE service is not offered on JFK-GND on the 737.

I tried to change an award ticket yesterday and everything went fine until I hit the button on the page with the personal information and credit card details.

It then returned the same page with the notation that Franny's SkyMiles number was incorrect.

I tried again in case I made the mistake and then it was confirmed that delta.dumb would not recognize a 25+ year old SkyMiles number that belongs to a Diamond Medallion.

Not sure if this is a "bug" or I am doing something wrong...

I am trying to book:

5/25 SAN-ATL (flexible time...arrive mid-afternoon)

5/26 ATL-SXM (St. Maarten) (there is only one flight, at 10:00am)

5/29 SXM-ATL (only one flight)

5/30 ATL-SAN (depart in the late afternoon)

After selecting the SAN-ATL, I get: "This flight is not offered on this day or in this routing. Please refer to Delta's worldwide routing chart to see routes."

But the flights DO exist... Help?

I've also tried:

5/25 SAN-SXM (with stop in Atlanta for about 20 hours, arriving on 5/26)

5/29 SXM-ATL

5/30 ATL-SAN

This time, it will show me the SAN-ATL and ATL-SXM at the same time, but then won't let me select SXM-ATL...Any ideas?

Reoccurring issue since last year. Logging into account message appears that no valid email address is on record even though email is displayed and we are receiving emails from DL.

LaGuardia (LGA) page https://www.delta.com/traveling_chec...ewyork_lga.jsp links to an old URL for the Port Authority's LGA web page (returns 404).

It looks like the new URL is: http://www.panynj.gov/airports/laguardia.html

For the last couple of days I was trying to search award availabilty and I get this message

Hey Delta,
You have a discrepany on your partner mileage earning webpage. Under China Southern you have "Economy: Y, H, K, T, W, G" earning 100% base miles, 50% bonus miles but total miles earned is 100%. So either the total mileage earned should say 150% or you don't get the 50% bonus miles for those coach classes. If I had to take a wild guess I'm thinking there is no 50% bonus for those coach classes.

We're sorry but this service is not available at this time. Please try again.

Firefox/IE doesn't matter. I'm getting through to the final booking page about half the time lately, and this is for my simple routings .

I've asked this before, but is there anybody to contact in case of security issues (nothing terrible, just worth fixing)? skymilesinsider and DeltaWebDev don't have any contact, nor does anybody "official" seem to reply to this thread.
Will try the "delta.com" contact, but that seems to be rather unresponsive.

After my flight was changed (another rant for another thread) to an 8 hour layover (after a 13 hour flight from HKG to DTW) from a 2 hour layover I was offered the chance to change flights if I didn't like that change so much (ahh I didn't). The fare is the same but there is a $250 change fee (I thought this was generous of you to offer me a change fee for changing my flight) - oh snap I'm supposed to pay you the change fee - what? Anyway here's your bug - when I click on the "view change/cancellations policy" button on that screen after changing - it pulls up the seat map - not the terms and conditions.

Comment/Complaint Delta.com 'Email'

Often Delta (~ 20 % in my experience) does not respond to messages sent to "kana", especially when the question is difficult.

It is irritating the website does not send a COPY of the message to Kana back to the email address you have provided so you can track it.

I now routinely cut and paste so I have a copy, but I am appalled that I have to do this manually.

I am a bit cynical and suspect this is done on purpose. In spite of the flowery language, I believe strong Delta does not like 'email' and hopes the sender is not all that determined to receive an answer. (Delta is typical of many companies in this regard). Thus all the canned answers.

Lately when searching for award tickets, if I use the 'start over' button, I always get the following message:

Payment Problems

I have a mastercard with a security code of 000. The payment screen does not accept this as a valid security code and I was unable to use my credit card. I tried calling web support and they couldn't get it to work either. Hopefully this is an easy fix!
