I was viewing my SM account activity page this morning, and the main page looks good. But if I filter by activity type, choosing 'Air Activity' for example, I just get a jumbled mess of headers/formatting at the the top of an otherwise blank page

If you enter the 'from' and 'to' date range, it will filter by activity correctly. It should have a default 'from' & 'to' maybe.

This isn't necessarily a bug. Delta.com will show you the cheapest fare for a particular routing. Sometimes this will be an A fare, which books into first class. A fares are often cheaper than Y, B, and M fares, which are coach fares. Thus there would still be coach seats to sell.

Flight status isn't showing correctly.
DL 136 left JFK over two hours late, five hours ago, other flight stat sites are showing that info, but delta.com still shows it as being on time.

How can the data feed reach other sites and not delta.com?

The flight diverted, then departed late with a change of gauge, that's far too much for Delta.dumb to handle :P

Noticed a problem which I think was mentioned on another thread but not here.

Today I checked in for a domestic flight tomorrow (I'm FO, booked as T fare). After the OLCI opened, but before I actually checked in for my flight, I used the Select/Change button from the https://www.delta.com/myitinerary/it...action#summary page - just to see what the seat map was. I saw, as I always see, a few elite seats open and available and all general seats occupied. I did not change my seat assignment.

Then, I selected Check In, and from the option offered from the Check In screens, display the seat map. This time, from the Check In seat map screen, there are NO empty seats (open Medallion seats show as occupied). I complete check in and print my boarding pass.

Then, I go back to the regular "myitinerary" screen, and once again, several Medallion seats show up as available - the same seats as the first time described in paragraph two of this post.

My diagnosis: The seat map filter linked to from the Check In screen does not correctly apply Medallion status and instead always applies the non-Medallion-status filter. This bug prevents Medallion members from conveniently changing their seat assignment during OLCI.

I hope this post assists DL in writing up this issue (which has perhaps been previously noted, but perhaps not).

I had been searching for revenue tix ORD-YYC. I switched to searching ORD-PSA, first revenue, then award.
The revenue chart came up find for ORD-PSA, but then I clicked the "Book SkyMiles Award Ticket" button and got this.

Note that at the top right of the screen capture it does say "Chicago-Ohare, IL (ORD) to Pisa, Italy (PSA)" but it's displaying flights ORD-YYC. (of course, if you want to give me "First" class tix to PSA for 80,000 r/t I'll take them!)

This happened on several different occasions today. WinXP, Firefox 3.6.3

Doing an award search, had results with an Air France Flight. If you click on the Air France Flight to check the departure/arrival time, you get results for a Delta flight with the same flight number (ie, Air France 2651 give you Delta 2651).

Today I booked BDL-SFO in M class and SEA-BDL in A class--web site correctly calculates the 50% bonus in skymiles earned but shows MQMs equal to the miles flown, without the 50% bonus for M class and above.

Also, I first searched each as one ways and saw 15-25 options. Search for them together, either by price or schedule, and most options come up on the outbound but only 8 on the return. It seems random as to which ones show up for the return trip.

Additionally, search based on schedule and it comes up with a more expensive overall fare because the web site won't use the A fare (cheapest on many flights on Aug 2) for the return but uses a considerably more expensive H or M fare.

Twice in the last two weeks (one of which was today), I have flown MSP-ATL and MSP-DTW and connected onward from both of those airports. I know I have used ebp at ATL and DTW in the past, and I use it every time at MSP; but for some reason when I check in online and select ebp, I am only getting the ebp for the first segment. Then I have to go to the airport and print a paper bp for the connection. Why is that happening? Can't they send me two ebp links at once? Please send me both boarding passes when EBP is an option at my connecting airport!!

Is anyone else having problems with entering airport codes and dates, clicking search and having the airport codes and dates zero out? This happens to me a lot and I can't figure out why. I have heard Delta uses cookies for tracking purposes and my internet security may disallow Delta from leaving cookies on my computer. That's the only thing I can think of at this time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Award Calendar continues to misfire with great frequency.

As others have reported, I too have noticed that if you advance the calendar one month, and then return it back to the original month, the availability may change significantly.

As others have reported, I have frequently noticed that the calendar may display a low award as being available - yet when I click on that date - nothing shows up.

Just the latest example.

Searching for a segment - LAX-ERI on August 8 - the calendar SOMETIMES reports a low award available - but when I click on it, it always shows up as availability at the 40K (medium) level.

I will keep trying.

Another calendar glitch...

I have been trying to book a multi-segment trip. Got it to price right with my plat availability - but now trying to recreate it for my son (so I do not check the box "I am traveling")

For first leg - LAX-ATL on Aug 7 - the message comes back:

There are no flights available for the day requested.

Like a good shampoo - I will rinse - repeat - rinse - repeat - rinse - repeat...

Twice - I went through the booking, only to get the message - "this flight has now sold out."

When I go to re-create the search, the first time I again get the message on the first leg:

There are no flights available for the day requested.

But it only appears once each time.

I can't be certain the flight has REALLY sold out, so I will continue to rinse and repeat....
