Not the problem. Suspect caching issues instead? There are lots of problems with state that I have encountered.

One problem with the new site on mobile devices capable of displaying full width (non-mobile optimized sites) is that too many of the navigation elements are too precious and cutesy. I -- personally -- think there is much to be admired with the new site. There is also much to be improved.

And as a side note, I would hope that a major commercial entity like Delta that has traditionally been rather future forward wouldn't intentionally design against one of the most popular mobile platforms in the world. If they do, their dev and UX teams should be axed!

Leaving IE 6,7,8 behind is understandable.

JFK-SJU terminal glitch

I have a JFK-SJU flight tomorrow and the boarding pass printed with JFK terminal 4 and the website in the My Trips section says JFK terminal 2. I know from past experience that the JFK-SJU N/S flights depart from terminal 4 at JFK. Please fix this obvious glitch!

I concur. When using the iPad, it is very hit or miss on whether the site is functional. I'm beginning to suspect that it has much to do with the speed of the wifi i'm using as it seems to happen most frequently when I'm using a hotel's wifi, some of which are truly pathetic. In these circumstances, I think all the extraneous business of Delta.dumb acts as the proverbial straw breaking the camel's back.

Can Delta track your award search activity?

I'm thinking of booking an award ticket for next Christmas in February the second award flights are available. I've been checking my desired route just for fun, and the tickets have been popping up at the low mileage level. I've clicked on the award availability calendar, and I see a month of green. Amazing! I've high hopes for snagging the ticket come February. I checked availability again today, and it popped up at the high level. I then clicked on the award availability calendar, and it's all blue. For every date. ...!?!?!? I'm convinced delta.dumb is tracking my activity, and decided to up the price in miles because the computer figured out I'm interested.

The price (in miles) has gone from 70K to 130K to 155K in the last 24 hours. It just doesn't pass the smell test.

1. Every time I log into delta.com, it prompts me to set my security questions. I have done this like 6 times now. (Chrome latest version)

2. I can no longer view or change seats in the seat chart from the mobile app (IOS).

iPad session expired

I have be unsuccessful in logging on to delta.dumb with my IPAD. I get logged on and as soon as I start to navigate, it displays "session expired" error. I log on again and the same thing happens. I cleared all history, rebooted IPAD, closed all applications..tried WIFI and verizon 3G and LTE....Nothing works.

I give up. Any ideas?

Status expiration

I'm wondering. Is this a computer glitch? I bought some emq miles today. Now it's saying my status is good from December 31st thru February 2013. That is incorrect, right? Shouldn't it be saying through February 2014?? Hmmm... Anyone have insight on this? Thank you!

I have the same problem with the security questions - you would think other people would be getting this annoying error too.

Problem With Changing Seats on the new delta.com

I was lucky enough to have scored an upgrade on an upcoming flight at the 3 day window; however, when I went to change my seat, the new system wouldn't let me. I got the following error message:

One or more of your requested seats are no longer available and could not be assigned. Please review your current seats and reselect if desired.

Has anybody else run into this? I've sent an e-mail to Delta, but have not heard back.

I had a similar problem when I was trying to change seats on the 2nd leg of my trip before the 24 hour window (FO is 24 hrs - 12/14 to fly 12/15). I could check in and move seats for my 1 pm flight (at ~4 pm on 12/14), but wasn't able to get seat changes to stick on the 2nd leg (5 pm flight) until the 24 hour mark before the 2nd flight. FWIW I was also getting the same or a very similar error when trying to change seats via delta website.

The upgrade e-mails often come before the designated window for true OLCI and if it's a multisegment flight OLCI might also be before the window for the 2nd and/or 3rd segments.

Once I was checked in, I called the phone line and they moved the seats for the 2nd segment before the true 24 hour window (but they didn't know the problem at the time either). As FO, I don't get EC until OLCI so I wanted to grab EC on my 2nd leg - now that I've been through it once, I was able to figure out what happened and can "fix" it myself by simply being a little more patient

Hope this helps! P.S. I'm not sure this is a Bug per se, maybe just not so clearly documented/explained for the users. Once I figured out the timing part on the later segments (even though it was several hours post OLCI) it was sort of a d'uh moment for me.

Same thing. I called Delta to get a rep to change the seats for me. (and to complain about the new website!! Like that'll do any good)

So I bought 5 Gogo passes ahead of time for use on upcoming flights. 5 x $12 = $60... and here is what Delta.com's "My Wallet" receipt thing says:

Of course I ran right over to my credit card site to see how much they really charged me for, and it was five authorizations of $12 each. *whew*.

Has anyone had any issues not recieving an email after UG has cleared at the Window? My UG cleared last night for my upcoming flights this Saturday (1/12) but I did not recieve an email. I confirmed the UG by logging into my SM account and noticed UG confirmed first (v) class.

Don't really care about the email just curious why I didnt get an update. Checked my SPAM folder and it's not there either..
