No flights are scheduled between NBO and JNB for the date you have specified. Please try a different date.
The message I receive when trying to book a simple biz class BNA-NBO-JNB-BNA ticket. Of course, Kenya Airways (Delta's partner) lists 3 non-stops on the day I am requesting. This is only one of many many instances where Delta.dumb (or Delta.dumb/management/lost revenue/bs-excuses) farts on a simple request. The amount of lost revenue over the last 2 years to Delta either through my agent or booking on Star carriers might actually pay for the fix.

Somewhere IAH must be listed as my default departure city (though I cannot find that anywhere on my profile).
I also fly out of AUS - and more than once I will be searching for flights from AUS and somwhere along the way the departure city reverts back to IAH. Fortunately I have always caught it - but this is a bit annoying.

Can't log on
No matter what I do, I cannot log on. I either get the session expired immediately after entering my info or a blank screen. I guess that is one way to not have a problem using Delta.com since you can't get logged in so you can't have a problem with awards, OLCI, account,........
I did clear the cookies and now it works.
OTOH, it now tells me I may miss my connection since the first leg arrives ten minutes earlier and I now have a two hour layover instead of a 1 hour and 50 minutes layover.
Cheers

Request Upgrade Gone?
For some reason I had an itinerary that didn't have "Request Upgrade" selected when I purchased it. I used to be able to request it on the Trip Details view. I went searching for it this morning when it was showing "Upgrade Eligible" and couldn't find a way to do it, so I ended up calling. Has this feature been removed or am I just not looking hard enough?

Searching fares GFK/DEN-ICN for a study abroad program in Korea. Tried several times throughout the day and regardless of time, the system freezes loading the flight information. Either there's no info, or the website just doesn't like Asia routings. I want to stay with DL/KAL, but the website issues with DL are making it very hard to do so.

Seat Selections not sticking
I have a trip coming up next Monday
CVG-FRA-AMS-PEK-SZX...HKG-NRT-SEA-CVG
I paid the Y fare (which for several legs was cheaper than the M fare...go figure) and used SWU's...upgrades available on all legs that they can be offered on.
DL put me in the correct cabin on each segment, but DL.com won't let any of my seat selections stick.
I like the upper deck on the KLM flight AMS-PEK, and I select the seat, pick "Save and Exit" but then it kicks me back to row 5 on the lower deck every time. And it's not an exit row issue, although I tried the exit row in upper deck and answered the standard questions, but that didn't stick either.
Even the NRT-SEA won't let me stick with Row 1 on the 333. The seats all show open...
Any suggestions? Other than a call to DL, which will likely be my next step.
J

I suppose technically, this is not a bug. More of a sign they are mucking around with dl.com. The ability to look at both outbound and return flights together is gone. As are the icons for wifi, ife etc.

bought a ticket on delta.com today.. all of the filtering options are gone, and i had to search by schedule to get the flights i wanted..
the ticket shows up under "my trips" as a trip from ATL to DFW. the trip is BOS-ATL-DFW-ATL-BOS, on an ordinary connecting roundtrip. the details are normal, it's just the listing on my trips that names the second segment to describe the trip.

As some have noticed, we recently removed the ability to sort flights as well as filter out possible flight options based on different criteria (such as price range, connection airports, stops, duration, etc).
We apologize for this inconvenience and realize that these tools are extremely helpful when trying to find the trip you really desire. This removal is only temporary and the team is working as fast as they can to get them back online as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience.

Is there any way to revert to the old interface instead of waiting for these features to be rebuilt? the new interface is practically unusable...
or at least build a link off the advanced booking page to the old interface?
ive literally got to a point where im going to have to use a 3rd party website to book my flight, or as i had to do earlier today call the DM desk.
im not trying to complain but it was just a really bad idea to change the interface... i loved the fact that i could book a flight in under 2 min...
thanks
