Choosing seats after entering credit card info but before finalization there is an issue:
I tried to book a trip several times on both mac/pc firefox, safari and chrome and had this issue. After I put in the emergency contact info (international reservation) I am told the reservation can not be processed and to try again. I kept trying and finding the same issue. The last time I decided not to pick my seats before purchase and everything went fine. Discussed this issue with the website help desk. Not sure if that will do anything good.

New website allows you to pick SPMLs after the window closes (eg: AVML with less than 24 hours to departure).
Also the sequence of clicks is a bit non-intuitive.

Hyphenated surname
My kids' last names are hyphenated. This has caused me no end of trouble on delta.com. It will not recognize hyphens. Sometimes (on the site and on their BPs), it responds to the hyphen by leaving a space, and sometimes by running the two names together without a space. I am just waiting for the day that TSA raises a fuss over this. . . . .

Trying to book a very simple multicity (3) domestic ticket. It would let me get to the third leg, then tell me it couldn't book it, and bounce me to the start again. Then, it completely locked up and started giving me that highly annoying, cutesy 'we're experiencing turbulence' message 
. Just to add to my frustration, I check my email and see DL telling me to go to dl.com for 'stress-free' ticketing. I did make my ticketing experience 'stress-free'...by booking the ticket an another airline's website.

When I access my itinerary and try to change or even view my seats, I get "Page Not Found" error message!

Trouble changing seats PP
Since December I have booked 20 flights with Delta I fly with them on a weekly basis. When I try to change my seats to an exit row the questionnaire pops up asking me those silly questions and the bubbles under the yes/no area are skewed to the left of the box with only one row of bubbles under the yes/no heading and the other row is against the left side of the box mixed in with the questions. I called Delta just yesterday and they tell me they are working on it I believe them but since December?

i don't get a failure, just get returned to the login screen, waiting for me to enter my PIN again.

seems to be a cookie thing -- i clear all of my delta.com cookies, and i can log in. then if it times out, i can't log in again until i clear my cookies again.

I searched for an award itin from Europe to HNL. One of the options is a KL flight to AMS, then KL to SFO, then DL1151 to HNL. If I hover my mouse of the DL 1151 flight I get a pop-up with some info on DL 1151. However, if I click on the link I get a pop-up with info on KL 1151 (AMS-OSL) instead of DL1151 (SFO-HNL).
The same happens for other options. AF to CDG, then AF to LAX then DL2365 to HNL. I click on DL2365 and it brings up info on AF2365 (BLL-CDG).
