The Fly Delta app issued the following push notification more than a week before an upcoming international flight. It didn't generate a boarding pass and nothing in my reservation has changed.



Is this a bug? Revenue Management tinkering with my reservation?

I am amazed that Delta apparently doesn't even need to sell tickets. I have been trying to buy one for an hour.... and ....all i get is the spinning circle, changed browsers etc...

Glad I don't own stock as I can't see how revenue will be good if you won't even sell a ticket LOL!

Delta.com and the iOS app are no longer showing WiFi as an amenity for flights using 757-200 (75S) ships when viewing a ticketed reservation on the My Trips page. WiFi is listed as an amenity when running a dummy booking.

Booked a DL Vacation package using credit from the 2�pm promo from 2019 thru the phone as the DL vacations (and DL) website would not accept my certificate number. At the end of booking with the agent he asked about seat assignments and said we would like aisle and window for all flights departure and return (in FC). He said he put us in those seats and we were all set. I waited a day to login to avoid any Schedule Change Saturday issues and when I logged into the DL website from my computer to check seats I was met with this(for all flights):



I opened up the DL app on my phone and then tried to look at our seats and was happy to see that the agent did what he said. I did change our seats from one side of the aircraft to the other to counter the sun. Don't understand why the website gives limited options for a DL vacation and the app does.

There are discrepancies on the website about when covid tested flights from JFK-VCE start. Here it says July 8: https://www.delta.com/us/en/travel-p...tested-flights

But when you reserve and you look at the details elsewhere it says July 2.

Logged on my desktop this morning to my reservation for my flight on Tuesday JFK-SEA DL308.

When I booked a few days ago everything showed 757-200 (75S).

This morning:
Under flight information aircraft shows 767-300
Seat map is still 757-200 (75S)


Flightaware still shows 757-200

Glitch or potential equipment change in the works?

DL website awards availability glitch:

For October 21, 2021 awards (O) Business class availability shows on KL0644 JFK - AMS when booking JFK-AMS-DPS. However once booked JFK-AMS is (X) Economy class and AMS-DPS is (O) Business Class.

Global Ticketing advised that KL is not currently offering (O) Business to DL on this leg.

Anyone seeing the MQM shows the wrong number?
I'm looking at ONT-PVG on 10/28 Premium Select Refundable fare. It's almost a $6k transpacific ticket, and show me you'll earn 15,070Miles 1,530MQMs $3,014MQD
When I take out the first segment operated by AS, search SEA-PVG on 10/29, a $4k ticket showing me 36,450Miles 1,530MQMs $4,050MQDs
How come it has only 1k+ MQM when the routing itself is 5k+ miles

Huh, interesting glitch. I see it too. I'm sure it's just a bug though.

I wondered whether it was confused by SEA-ICN-PVG using the same flight number on both segments but that would be 511 according to gcmap, not 1530. With the 1.5x for PS (not counting the accelerator which I don't think the booking screen reflects?) that would be 767. Roundtrip would be close to 1530 with rounding... even the all-DL routings in D1 come out ludicrously under-calculated.

Hello All. Have a strange issue here. Not sure if it is the website or the app. We have a DL Vacations trip to Aruba in September. I keep getting emails from DL Vacations once a week about schedule changes to our flights. They are usually just a minute or two one way or another and make no difference to our plans. The thing that I am wondering about is that in the emails it says our flights to and from Aruba are on a 757. Funny thing is that the DL website and the App show us flying on a A321. We are in 2nd or 3rd row each way so it's not like there won't be space up front but would like to get a handle on what the actual aircraft will be. Anyone seen this before? TIA! Pics Below..

From the standpoint of the customer, is there any advantage at all to having to state whether the travel is personal or business? I see where it's useful for the DL marketing department and analytics, but for me, it's just another annoying step I have to click through to get into the site.

I'd always felt that in good website design you can get anywhere in the site in no more than three clicks. INMO adding an entry barrier defeats that principle.

This popped up again today. I get super excited to see the business (O) for JFK-AMS only to have my dreams crushed.

Can’t checkin for a ATL-CDG flight tomorrow with a message that I require an ESTA to enter the US. I am sure the real reason is that my covid docs need to be verfied.
