Issue I've encountered the past two times changing the password. Here's what happens:
1) Log into my account on desktop, go to my account and change the password. Receive email confirmation that a change was made.
2) Open the app (android) and it asks me to log in. On the first try of trying to log in after the password change, I get an error telling me that my account has been locked due to too many attempts. And it gives me the customer service number to call.
3) I try to log into my account on desktop, and get a similar error, but this one directs me to reset my password. I reset it, receive confirmation.
4) After this reset, I'm able to log in both on desktop and app.
This chain of events leads me to believe that there is a problem with the 'edit password' function in the account page. It doesn't seem to work properly, whereas the 'reset password' does. Has anyone else encountered this?
