piling on:

I've been on their case about "sort by" selections not persisting between the first page of results and "show all" for about five years now, which is also when they removed a "show all" hot button from the top of the results display
they don't have "sort by departure/arrival latest to earliest" option, which would seem to be ridiculously easy to mechanize
the multi-airport option needs to be usable for more than WAS/NYC/CHI/TYO/LON ... LA area, SF Bay area, and south Florida (MIA/PBI/FLL) would seem to be obvious places
