Reply from Delta regarding missing e-certs/vouchers

We are aware that some SkyMiles members are unable to view their eCerts
and eCredits while logged in at delta.com. We know this presents a
challenge and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please
know the delta.com team is working hard to correct this error.
