Having the same problem as well, I went into my profile and rekeyed my e-mail address and the problem went away. Something to do with the original e-mail address being a secondary address but DL needs a primary e-mail address. I also hear back from DL web support with a similar reason.
We provided one primary email address to DL years ago and that has not changed, however as
gator21 and others have mentioned, we have had to reenter our primary email address to refresh the DL system
