Add: this happens when trying to use the quick tab "Itineraries & Check-in" tab on the Home page. If I go into the "Traveling and Check-in" tab and click "Itineraries & Check-in" from the pull-down menu, my itinerary summary shows up. BUT, if I click on "Details" to get the entire itinerary, I get that same "Sorry" message.
This sure seems an important bug...
This is happening to me as well. I have 3 active itins right now, and only 2 of them will show up on the Itineraries page. Last week, Itin #1 was missing. This week Itin #3 is missing. For a short period of time, all 3 were showing up properly, so I assumed that the issue had been fixed after I reported it to online help. But I guess not.
They all 3 show up on the "Itineraries & Check-In" dropdown on the "Travel & Check-In" page, but if I choose the itin that isn't on the Itineraries page, then it gives me the error message that you mention.
