The ones I've encountered on other airlines don't seem to make the noise and also are much easier to raise back to the upright position.

I've never encountered a seat that self-reclines on CO for what it's worth.

I am having alot of trouble finding a hotel in San Pedro, Belize for $100 a night. I might be sleeping on the beach.

Many ERJ seats do it but slowly so you don't know it does it. I also had a 762 seat go on me. I didn't know about it until final when I put the seat forward and then leaned back and almost ended up in the lap of the person behind me.

While we are on seats, will the arm rests on the new seats in the 752's make it through the year? I've never come across arm rests that were that loose much less on seats that were less than a year old.

I just used "taco farts" and "Parisians" in the same sentence when discussing UA. Yeah, that pretty well sums it up.

I said it about your job offer and I'll say it about this: Mazel Tov!! ^ :D

just saw an al jazzera video about how unaffordable Yankee tickets are. Just went on stubhub and found tickets for $3.99 each.

Go to ticket master and select "best available" for any game and you'll see what they are talking about and there are plenty of them available.

They are late for the party. Everyone else had their story about the overpriced tickets in the lower lever before opening day.

Baglady's relationship advice for the day; take it with a grain of salt:

If your s/o asks you to show up for an important event that has been planned out for weeks - show up on time; don't leave your office when you are to be there.

If your s/o asks you to get a document after they have gathered everything else up; it's a good idea to just say yes after event above not say "Well, I'm not the one who lost it".

Drinking beginning now.

I think that the football Giants will be charging more than that for the club seats when they open their new building.

Nope. You can always extend it later if you really need the repair, but no need to pay it now. And when the time comes I'd invest the money in something actually new, but that would be a bigger expense.

Try Ruby's or Spindrift. Both should meet your price range. They aren't great, but they are passable and right in town.
