Thks for the heads up about Alamo -- don't rent from them usually, but rent regularly from National. I know they are part of the same co. - but are the policies the same, in general? I always assumed that one pays more for National to get more service & flexibility. I use the AMEX Plat rental car insur. policy.

Hyatt gave me 800 points for one of their hotels overcharging me by $100 and not even having the decency to return my phone calls (staff member accepted my gift check and then charged me the full room amount after I left). No more Park-n-Fly for me :rolleyes:
