Let me see if I can do something about that. I can't get it done today, but tomorrow I'll email the AM Staff and see if we can expand the world.

I'd like to humbly cast my opinion against such a measure. I'm the first one to admit that I'm running out of decent expansion opportunities, but that makes the competition more intense (and fun). Otherwise it's just ordering more planes and creating more routes to more cities.
Now, if we could expand the number of allowed hubs, I'd be all for that. |

Why not just have the wife buy the miles and put them into your account?
In any event, I believe the situation is taken care of thanks to sbm12. ^ |

Just heard from my colleague in BDA about my logistics there for the trip at the end of the month. It included this enjoyable nugget:
Should be interesting. |

Riding a scooter in Indonesia was, um, interesting. I was much more comfortable driving a car, which also was interesting. I think BDA should be a bit more tame, however.
Riding a scooter in BDA is extremely tame as long as you are comfortable with roundabouts and driving on the left side of the road. Most of them are restricted to (IIRC) about 40 mph and the speed limit on the entire island is 35kph. sbm12 - taking the scooter out to the roads around the airport and (trying) the race the planes is especially fun! :D |
