Probably not. I think the loads are solely a factor of the size of the paired cities.

Its a pretty big thing back in my hometown (The Woodlands, TX). There are pain management clinics that people would go to and say they were in a traffic accident and hurt their back. These doctors had to of known these kids were faking it when they asked for an absurd amount of vicoden, xanax, and soma's but they still handed out scripts like candy. I had a friend that went to rehab because he over-dosed on vicoden (I think he took 20 at once) and last I heard he was paying $5 a pop for them.

I'm too cheap to get wraped up in that :D

The game may well be designed by US's IT staff as this appears to be the path to victory (in between database errors).

In Thailand do they have to wait for a flight attendant to move the beverage carts normally stored above the toilets before they can use them?

I got my wisdom teeth out in college and when I returned, my roommate's boyfriend promptly offered to buy my remaining vicodin. I was still young and kind of sheltered - this was very scandalous. :p
