Hmm - should I give up ICN-(KE)-LAX-(DL)-ATL-(DL)-EWR in exchange for ICN-(KE)-NRT-(NW 744)-ATL-(DL)-EWR?

For the ICN-ATL segment, KVS shows availability on NW5800 but does not show anything on DL800. They're the same flight... :confused:

Everything went way too smooth on AA this weekend until I arrived in LGA and my bags didn't. Normally I wouldn't care but these bags have about a thousand dollars worth of wedding gifts :eek: I am fairly confident that they will find the suitcase but its the tanned Axis hide I'm worried about. It wasn't cheap if you include the hunt in the cost of the hide. Basically a $6k hunt and to tan the hide was $550.

Can someone who knows KVS and/or DL/NW help me make some sense of these results? I'd love to get the KE703/DLNW5800 combo.

EDIT: DL800 is the actual flight while NW5800 is obviously just the codeshare. If DL800 does not show availability, I can't imagine they'll put us on NW5800.
