Crackers ?

We were in the LHR CCR last month for the our First First trip. We loved the crackers that were served with the cheeses ( which were also delicious ). We had the same ones on the flight to and from ORD. They weren't the Bath Oliver biscuits I don't think ( after looking a Google images ), but were long and rectangular with 'bits' in them. I would love to order them to have at home. Does anyone know the brand / name ?
Thanks

Do you mean these ones? Unfortunately I don't know the brand either.

They are Millers Toast. Widely available in the UK. We buy them in Waitrose

Starters:
- Warm leek and roquefort tart, tarragon pesto, herbed salad
- Cambridge House smoked salmon, capers, eggs, red onion, lemon, black russian toast.

Soup:
- Minnestrone

Salad:
- Baby Rocket with grilled asparagus, crispy shallots, Dijon Mustard dressing

Main Course:
- NY Sirloin Medallions, Chateau potatoes, Haricot Vert, madeira juice
- Chicken Paillard, fennel, watercress salad, yukon potatoes, Basil vinaigrette
- Tamarind glazed Verlasso salmon, with Black Rice, sauteed bok choy, tomato and olive oil
- Falafel with grilled naan bread Tzaziki sauce and harissa

Dessert:
- Peach and Currant Crumble and Vanilla Ice Cream

Cheese:
- featuring 5 spoke welsh cheddar, persimmons and lavender honey

The tarte was spongy, fluffy, delicious, with a refreshing pesto. The cheese wasn't anywhere near overpowering.

The Sirloin medallions were a bit of a let-down. The sides were all undercooked - not so bad with nice beans, but unsatisfying with potatoes. The medallions themselves were nothing to write home about. The sauce was very good.

(Edit: finally uploaded the pics)
I am in the JFK CCR at the moment. An entirely different menu. No camera with me but I just had a great starter of roasted vegetable and goats cheese terrine with olive pesto followed by rack of lamb and creme caramel. Feeling very satisfied with both quality and quantity

Yes, that menu started at the beginning of the month. The shrimp dumplings are good too.

But not tonight. The lovely waitress told me that they didn't have any. I remain very impressed with this lounge. Food, drinks and staff

Summer Pudding
Served with clotted cream and soft berry compôte.

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad
Served with a sweet fruit syrup.

Cheeses
Somerset Camembert, Coastal Cheddar, Bleu d'Auvergne and Tournegus with apple and Somerset cider brandy chutney and biscuits.

New photo guide to the menu added above. I will link to it in the wiki. Thanks to BLHD yesterday who helped get a few more dishes and didn't eat them until I took photos.

Obviously the menu changes every month or so and I will try and keep it up to date. Hopefully it is of use to some.
