If you end up paying more for something, I can understand the grief - but if you know how to get cheaper fares than someone else...

I've logged a complaint now for the booking I cannot access in MMB.
Can't select a seat or check the booking, who knows what will happen when I try to check in but it's just not acceptable that I can't access the booking and BA says "oh yes, we know this"!

I guess that depends on which is the correct price, doesn't it? I mean, if someone buys a fully flex business ticket and someone else finds an error fare for a ticket in the same cabin but a different class, who has paid the correct price?

It's not that easy. 3 issues on 3 personal occasions
1. Return WTP flight to NYC, 1000+ more expensive on the new site comparing the old one
2. Return ET flight to FCO, 115 more expensive than the old one
3. Return ET semi flex with H fare is eventually booked as Q fare. No pricing receipt ever received (had to pick it by AY's website)
I don't expect everyone or anyone to be an IT or ITA Matrix/Google Flights expert to identify these issues as i did but i definitely expect people paying a lot thinking "that's the price"

Broken again, a mix of ‘sorry, we couldn’t log you in’ and ‘ooops global rate limit exceeded’

I haven't seen this one before. Is it new?
Whatever it means, it's stopping me from logging in and I'm starting to wonder if perhaps the system knows I'm only trying to log in to cancel a BAH booking!

I can't log in. Tried to login, got a message saying there was a security issue with my account and that my password needed to be reset.
Tried logging in with the new password and am now seeing a message that says I can't get logged in and if the issue persists, my account is locked and I'll get an email. No email so far.
I was logged in on the nx page, but had to log in again when I went to use the avios estore, which is on the old website. That's when the issue started. Not sure if this is an IT issue or there's a genuine problem here. I'm still logged in on the app.

I had a booking on the newest interface , I asked for the gold line to add my Onbusiness number (as the newest interface does not offer an option to this mobile or desktop). After adding the booking was no longer accessable on Amy device or browser combination. BA twitter/X support removed the Onbusiness tag and suddenly the booking is accessible to myself and the BA X support bod. Onbusiness users beware

My global rate has been exceeded on login too.
Must have forgotten to pay my annual subscription to BA.com
But at least on retrying I got a nice message of apology:
Which is a new one, I have never had a login apology from BA before.

Trying to pick a seat on an Avios booking with American Airlines. When I click the button to select a seat, it is supposed to transmit something to AA. Then I confirm and on the next screen (which looks like it's on AA's website) I get an error.

That's been broken for at least 2 weeks. If you take the PNR on the first page and manually enter it at AA.com, you'll be able to pick a seat.
