Unfortunately we do not have any updates on the fault that has been raised.

Used live chat - a frustrating experience getting stuck in the automated loop of unhelpfulness, but after writing "speak to human" a couple of times, I was put through to an agent.
The agent sent me a link to reset my password, which I followed. This did the trick and I can now access the things I need to, much to my relief!

Experienced the following today whilst adding families APIs. Accessed the booking on BA.com from ‘Upcoming flights’ once logged in.
- Previously I had selected my seat across the aisle from the 3 family members (to try to use theoretical seating to my advantage to have an empty seat adjacent in a 3-3-3 cabin). MMB had swapped my wife and I for some reason.
- Trying to swap seats back is quite tricky, I moved myself into the free middle seat to allow me to put my wife back into the aisle. At which point it offered no further changes, so we were all over the place! Unpicked with mobile app instead.
- Selected a vegetarian meal for wife, however the current message is ‘due to technical issues you can’t select a meal’ except the dropdown still allows a veggie meal to be chosen. Not really sure that post-Covid BA catering policy counts as a technical issue.
- All changes then helpfully emailed to my 13yo son rather than my usual email 🤷♂️

You have no recent transactions
I cannot for the life of me work out where my transactions are in my account in the ‘new and improved’ website! I can see on the front page my balance and the household balance, but where do you find the actual transactions?
If I go to ‘Statements’ I get a page saying ‘You have no recent transactions’.

OK, so yesterday I had no transactions at all. Today they end in December last year! I know I have had at least 7 this year.
Also where has the filter by type capability gone? Improved or enhanced away no doubt.

Finally I was able to link my BA and AY accounts. I found a way to avoid any too many redirects error. Now, also was able to secure BA account by a 2FA as my AY account already is.

Connecting Flights Not Showing
Since the start of this year, I am finding a problem with the BA website not showing connecting flights and available to book, this is for route Glasgow - A Coruna.
Search produces the following answer: Sorry, we have no flights available for this route (sample dates 18-28 April return)
However, when searching in stages (Glasgow - Madrid) and then (Madrid - A Coruna) the flights are indeed there for those dates.
I have always booked these flights as one ticket with no issues, and this is happenning since 2025.
The issue is also showing in Iberia's website; where I noticed in the search an incorrect code for A Coruna airport shows in search:LCG and YJC, latter being incorrect
When doing a search, no matter the dates, results appear but when selecting the message of no flights available shows.
I suspect there may be an issue in the data information, or something specific on this route; tried Customer Service with no luck, and the issue has been persisting for a few weeks.

New issue I'm finding is where you change the date of an existing flight, go to pay, the BA site bombs out with a technical error and claims it's not possible to perform this action on the website.....and to call BA customer services.
It charges your card though each time (granted a 'pending' charge).
Anyone found the same?
