Flights Avios Calculator broken?
Is this working for folks? Trying to look up some JAL flights for oTPs and getting nothing back. So tried BA and got only economy which also looks wrong.

New issue I'm finding is where you change the date of an existing flight, go to pay, the BA site bombs out with a technical error and claims it's not possible to perform this action on the website.....and to call BA customer services.
It charges your card though each time (granted a 'pending' charge).
Anyone found the same?

I'm finding the website particularly poor this morning. A refresh often results in a blank page, thus far refresh never works, and ba.com in the browser bar occasionally works. This is Firefox on a PC.

For Dublin (entered in full, and acknowledged as Dublin) it returns only the lowest economy fare classes, but with business class TPs and avios. ...... for Dubai.
Maybe BA has decided to allow functions supporting the soon to be defunct programme slowly rot away.

I have thankfully managed to get my access sorted.
Used live chat - a frustrating experience getting stuck in the automated loop of unhelpfulness, but after writing "speak to human" a couple of times, I was put through to an agent.
The agent sent me a link to reset my password, which I followed. This did the trick and I can now access the things I need to, much to my relief!

Hello,
I wondered if anybody else is experiencing the same problem as me - I am trying to get an idea of price for a USA trip I'm looking to take in 2026 using the custom trip tool on BA's website. I can't post any screenshots here but the basic premise is either GLA/EDI>LHR, Two night stay in London>JFK/EWR, Four night stay in New York>MCO, Ten night stay in Orlando>GLA or GLA/EDI>JFK/EWR, Six night stay in NYC>MCO, Ten night stay in Orlando>GLA in Premium Economy for the long-haul legs, 2 adults travelling.
However, since the weekend just gone, I keep on stumbling into the same error when I try to advance from choosing flight and hotels to choosing my Room/board options where it doubles back and gives me a 'Error Obtaining Price Quote' error at the top of the page and defaults to the recommended flights/hotels.
Is this a typical BA.com error or something that might be specific to the trip combination I'm putting together? For info, I've used the tool more times than I could ever count and never stumbled upon this problem and been able to generate a price quote.
Many thanks in advance for your help!

This might be a very well-known quirk, but I've not booked anything on the website for some months.
Tried last night to book two Y returns to Warsaw in May; price on the (new) website was popping up as about 425 - I couldn't get the older one to load. This was some 30 higher than the actual combination of the ticket prices, with mystery fare costs coming from nowhere on the payment page.
In the end I gave up and booked through the app, which was consistent with the prices shown on Google flights - for about 345. Not taking issue with the price - we needed them for a particular set of dates - but how on earth can the app and the website not only have different prices, but the website seem to add extra charges onto the listings on the individual pages? I wonder if this is fares not being loaded into the same platforms at the same time, but it struck me as wholly unhelpful and I'd have been really quite annoyed if I didn't have the sense to check the price on the app instead.

there are large pricing discrepancies and people should be extra cautious. I mentioned these issues with examples a few pages back a month ago. I raised this issue with BA but still i have no response regarding this issue
I got different pricing on 3 different occasions and completely different fare class to a booked ticket (Q instead of H)

I think that is an excellent suggestion. Not a lawyer but isnt there some truth in advertising angle you could also quote back to them? I think BA cannot have enough people hold a mirror up to them to show them how bad its IT continues to be despite the supposed ongoing investment.

I cannot get the website to show flights LHR-EDI on certain weekends in September this year.

This route isn't available on Sat, Sep 20. We're showing you flights on Wed, Sep 17 instead.
Is the runway being closed for work or something? Or is it BAs rubbish IT again?

I particularly like the way that today clicking on the home page logo when in MMB takes you to
This British Airways - Information Page page can’t be found
No webpage was found for the web address: https://www.britishairways.com/nx/b/en
HTTP ERROR 404
Needs a '/gb'

I get the 'You are already logged in with a different account' whenever I try and complete the most simple action, it's infuriating.
I've got a few flights coming up, so wanted to check seat allocation and get the flights numbers. After completing one thing and moving onto the next, I get the error. Locking me out of my account for ages. If I click the 'log out' button nothing happens.
I'm logged into BA app/website on a few devices (iPhone, iPad, a personal and a work laptop- but nothing unusual in that) and should be able to access the same experience across multiple devices
BAs tech is beyond a joke. How long do we have to wait for a semi-functioning website. It's 2025 for God's sake. Each update make the website more buggy and poorer functionality.
