I have thankfully managed to get my access sorted.
Used live chat - a frustrating experience getting stuck in the automated loop of unhelpfulness, but after writing "speak to human" a couple of times, I was put through to an agent.
The agent sent me a link to reset my password, which I followed. This did the trick and I can now access the things I need to, much to my relief!
That's great to hear, are you still able to log in? I am one of those that seem to be able to only do it once, after resetting the password and then back to the same IDP error.
