Well, this makes seat selection interesting! I'm getting the same screen in the app and on ba.com! Anybody else getting the same or similar? From Expert Flyer, I was able to see that 1C was free, selected it, which didn't alter the graphics but showed 1C selected but then 'confirm selection' didn't work. I give up!!

Yup, I've had this for the last 2 days - very frustrating. Also says cannot confirm until ALL people on the booking have confirmed. There IS ONLY 1 Person on the booking!!

Yup, I just made a booking, and see the exact same problem both via a web browser or the app. I see the same with existing bookings where I've already selected a seat.

I'm on an online chat with an agent to let them know. She was able to select seats for me, but has said that she'd escalate the issue to the relevant team.

Just had my GVA-LHR flight in August cancelled. The flight offered works for me thank goodness, so went to accept the change.

Once I accepted the new booking, the system then said for me to review my new flight and confirm. See screenshot.

I've been happily searching for BGI First redemption availability, until a few minutes and now I constantly get a blank page with this URL https://www.britishairways.com/nx/b/en/

Tried refreshing, using other bookmarks but to no avail

Wow, same thing happened to me. Looks like the website has a dodgy script which sends people to a non-existant page. Smooth. The website is a nightmare today. I've been trying to cancel an Avios flight for the last 15min and have had no fewer than four different types of error.

Well I can get in to the website. However for the last couple of weeks I have been getting different amounts showing as my Avios balance. Varies from day to day by some 25,000.
Taken screenshots to prove in case I have to pursue BA for missing Avios.

As my BA app didn't work today when I wanted to check in (99% of the time) for my flight, I used the web. Logged in and there was a surprise waiting for me:

Whose account is this? Definitely not mine

Lost Avios, lost TPs and saw only these random numbers. But what's worse I had no upcoming trips. That's not what one wants to see a few hours before the flight
