My global rate has been exceeded on login too.

Must have forgotten to pay my annual subscription to BA.com

But at least on retrying I got a nice message of apology:

Sorry, we couldn't log you in

Please try again later or visit our Help centre.

Which is a new one, I have never had a login apology from BA before.
