If you end up paying more for something, I can understand the grief - but if you know how to get cheaper fares than someone else...
It's not that easy. 3 issues on 3 personal occasions
1. Return WTP flight to NYC, £1000+ more expensive on the new site comparing the old one
2. Return ET flight to FCO, £115 more expensive than the old one
3. Return ET semi flex with H fare is eventually booked as Q fare. No pricing receipt ever received (had to pick it by AY's website)
I don't expect everyone or anyone to be an IT or ITA Matrix/Google Flights expert to identify these issues as i did but i definitely expect people paying a lot thinking "that's the price"
