Hoping we don't show up to SIN to find out that we're in the middle row of E-.

Also had a 40~ minute delay on SFO-HKG due to SHARES. I did not catch the specifics, though.
I've also had an issue with confirmed seat selections disappearing. I had a seat then sa week or so later I look and I don't have a seat. Not just the one I had selected - none.

I called and the CSR confirmed that I did not have a seat selection. And of course the options left were slim and none.

The first flight (on which I got a CPU) posted as a Z fare with 150% PQM (1.5 PQS) and 50% RDM bonus. Now that detailed activity is gone from my account, but the mileage totals still reflect it. So bizarre.
I just got off the phone with MileagePlus. The gal I spoke with said that the missing mileage for the second segment of travel from 3/10 would never have posted -- it was simply missing. The same was true for my wife. She didn't comment on the Z fare for a CPU segment (I'll take the extra mileage). She also redeposited both uncleared RPUs from 3/2. As she pointed out, the transition has not been "smooth".

Second time in two weeks that my seat 9C on UA5461 (exit row on UX Embraer) doesn't stick! I have it on my BP when I check in online but, when the BP is scanned at the gate, it displays 11D...

Up until today my EQMs were correct.

Now all of a sudden, UA's computer now doesn't include:

2 -- 500-Mile OnePass Elite Maximizer miles from January on my OnePass account (and is on My January statement correctly) (total of 1000 PQMs)

I called, and the agent said there was no such thing as "Elite" mile maximizer and you can't buy elite miles and it was frustrating because my January statement IS CORRECT and has the CORRECT PQMs ending balance.

Now the starting balance for 2/6 is 1000 off.

Finally I asked to speak supervisor and she said she see's what happens and it should be fixed by beginning of April.

I explained I was super frusterated that the agent had no clue about elite maximizer (now premier maximizer) and kept saying I only can get award miles. She informed me that the confusion was because old UA only had ways to buy award miles, not elite miles and she would chat with the agent to let her know of the differences between the current (and old OnePass) elite maximizer vs the old UA version of this program.

Frustrating, but I'm glad I'm EAGLE EYED on my balances -- PQM, PQS and otherwise.

Since 500 EQMs is costing 65.00, I'm certainly making sure they post correctly. This is the first time I ever had a issue with this.

I also bought a few of these premier maximizers and hope nothing goes wrong there later as those are currently correct.

Couldn't find this in the thousands of posts but it looks like we've lost the ability to download an itinerary into our calendar segment-by-segment. I don't need a text in my calendar telling me all of the flights... I want to know how each segment fits in with the rest of my day. Am I missing something?

Happy to see that my PQM is finally fixed!!

Now if I could only update my "primary contract #" - have tried many times (also with CO pre-system integration) but the system refuses to accept any changes.

It only downloads the first flight on your itinerary and blocks out every day up to your return flight. Doesn't work like the old UA Apollo system. I've had to do it manually. As I recall, this was how CO system worked pre-intergration.

A workaround suggested earlier in this thread was to use TripIt, and then export to your calendar this way.

My first experience under the new SHARES customer service experience? Disappointing.

SFO-LAX. So, thankfully not a long segment. But:

Flight was only 1/3 full in coach and pushed back 5 minutes early. Clearly the agents had ideal conditions for working the flight.

The flight went out with 2 empty F seats. I was #2 on the waitlist. The agent had plenty of time to work the list... and yet... ??

FAs said they had no manifest. The supervisor I spoke to at LAX said she had no way of accessing a completed flight's list to see what happened.

Makes no sense and is disappointing. Had this been a longer segment or more fully booked in Y I'd have been really pissed.

Datapoints:

19Mar UA881 BOS-ORD: F purser had no manifest, and no way of knowing the status of the pax. She took food orders rear to front (757). She apologized for not being able to address us by name.

19Mar UA881 ORD-NRT: The F purser took meal orders on a blank 747 F cabin layout sheet. I don't know if they had a manifest; I didn't see one on the wall of the F galley, but it could have been somewhere else.

20Mar UA837 NRT-TPE: The F purser had a manifest, and went to the three GS pax first to take orders. (In fact, I overhead him telling another pax "I'll get back to you in a minute after I check with my Globals.") This was a 12-seat old config 777, and up until 24 hours out it was showing only 2 booked (including me in NF, I mean ON). I guess the other 10 were CPUs.

Trying to get mileage credit

Sunday 3/18 called MP. Had two flights that hadn't credited, one from 1/5 and one from 3/6.

First call I was put through the paces of saying my MP number as my phone wouldn't accept it when it was entered via the keyboard. Was on hold for 20 minutes before the system hung up on me.

Called back in via the 1K line. DTW agent called MP for me and stayed on the line until MP came on, over 35 minutes later. The agent had the same problem I had when I tried to enter the 3/6 flight at the website, it came back as already credited, which it wasn't, so somehow she forced it. The 1/5 flight said I hadn't been on board, but since it was the first leg of two leg trip (and the second leg credited) she could see that was wrong and also forced that one. Total time on this call: 58 minutes.

Since our new paradigm seems to call for nothing happening instantly, was not surprised to be told it wouldn't post for 24 hours. I'm equally not surprised that 48 hours later the two flights still have not posted as promised.

Both the DTW and MP agents were delightful, have no complaints there. But to beat a dead horse (one that expired at midnight on 3/2/2012), am plenty unhappy about what we all have to go through at the gate and on the phone with the "new" old computer system.

Clearly the focus here was on money, so much so that they totally lost sight of how these changes impacted the customer experience, not just for the month of March but months into the future as well. So many things lacking that we PMUA flyers had come to take for granted.
