US Airways Flights not posting
I had a number of US Airways flights since 3/3 that have not yet posted. In the past, they used to post within 2 days. I think I used the old MileagePlus number on the reservations, maybe that's the issue.
What's the best way to get this fixed? It seems that support is overwhelmed at this point.

Missing mileage for first and last flights - flew MLI - CDG on 2/28. ORD-CDG posted, but not MLI-ORD. Same happened on 3/8 when I returned - no credit for ORD-MLI. Tried to request mileage credit online, but get an error that I've received credit for the ticket number. No option to select the flts without credit. Will call the 1K line. Anyone else had this problem?

Chase MP Select Card Status Miles
I am sure I missed this somewhere in the 100+ pages of posts but what is the latest on status miles posting based on UA ticket purchases charged to my MP Select Visa Card? My miles/bonus miles are showing up but no status miles so far. I am assuming I should continue to get up to 5000/year based on ticket purchases....

I am having a hard time tracking GPUs & RPUs. Is there feature (I might have missed) showing: upgrade deposit, reserved, used as we had it on PMUAs site?

Getting Worse
I guess the horrible CO customer service rumors were true. Since the merger, I've had nothing but problems. They failed to merge my kid's UA and CO accounts (even though I had already linked AND transferred miles back and forth), destroyed a reservation we have in June for a family flight (we had FIVE different reservation codes and the 5 of us are evidently taking up 20 seats on some of the flight segments) and I'm trying to use a regional upgrade to upgrade a business flight I have but the CO website is so screwed up that I can't see where I can use my upgrades. I tried clicking on the first class seat and it just takes me back to the reservation page.
I've tried emailing, but after 12 days have yet to get a reply (other than the canned one about sorry for sucking so bad) and tried calling, but after my first few tries of getting the recording saying they are too busy and call back, I can now finally get into a cue that tells me the wait is over 30 minutes. I've waited many times, up to 90 mins, but don't have the ability to stay on hold forever. And this is supposedly the 1K phone number!
So, no ability to contact customer service about anything. No email, no text, no phone. Really horrible experience and they seem to be doing all they can to alienate their customers. My family has three 1K's, 2 x million milers and 1 x three million miler. Was quite pleased with United before Mar 3. Now they have become the worst airline I have dealt with, mainly because they have screwed up so much and give their customers no ability to repair their errors.
Really horrible on United/CO.

If upgrade doesn't clear, good luck with getting your GPU/RPU back to your account.
If you don't babysit, keep track on each one of them, and spend 55 min to call One Pass SC, you may never see your hard earned upgrade certificates again.
CO prefers that they expire and you don't even notice.

Results this morning:
Pax 1 (me): RDMs, Lifetime adjusted properly. PQMs show on same line, but the same amount of negative miles inside parens now show as the "beginning balance as of 2/6/12". Had this happen before, and it fixed itself the next day.
Pax 2: RDMs, Lifetime AND PQMs all show up as of today. No negative beginning balance issue.
This negative thing is really glitchy and odd.
EDIT: Called in to ask (got GS in seconds, GS got MP for me in 1 min ^^) Got the most supremely competent MP person ever. She explained that the negative thing was one of the known technical glitches, sometimes auto-correct within 72 hours, but otherwise should correct end of the month when some new programming rolls out. You could just instantly tell that this lady knew what she was talking about. Things seem to be improving on the customer service side.
