How long does it usually take from the zoom interview to getting the full approval? I had my zoom interview earlier today but still not yet approved - just shows that the interview is still scheduled. Thank you.

Please refer to the following thread:

DP: applied renewal on 11/27 (Sunday), was approved without interview on the next day. Just 24 hours.

Thanks. Any idea on who to contact?

Also renewal pending for 6 months. Not a clue why or what I should do.

Are there contact details on the TTP website which you can use to enquire about these renewals and why they are taking so long?

i’m exactly at six months as well. I entered IAH internationally a week or two back. I saw the EOA counters just before the escalators going down when departing from immigration. One representative was available, So I walked up to his window and asked him a question regarding the delay. I showed him my pass ID number on my phone, he says it doesn’t seem like anything is out of the ordinary they’re just taking more than six months these days to get approval. He looked into the system that made that statement. So I think it’s pretty much status quo sit and wait

My recent DP: applied for renewal ~6 months before expiration. This is my 2nd renewal, and my 1st renewal (5 years ago) did not require an interview. Applied on Saturday afternoon, approved on Sunday evening (31 hours later), again with no interview required. I'm surprised they process renewals on weekends!

One interesting observation: the approval letter in my online account seems to indicate that my renewal was processed by the same branch where I first applied for GE almost 10 years ago (despite the fact that this branch's current operating hours are Mon-Fri only). I wonder if renewals are always assigned to the branch where you first applied, and if that explains any of the wide variation we've seen on this thread with renewal processing times.

My renewal was approved 10 days ago. No sign of the Global entry card. How soon does it typically arrive after approval?

About two weeks, typically.

DP: Submitted for renewal on 3/16/22; Fully Approved with no interview on 12/8/22. It took 8 months and 22 days.

I'm not sure what triggered this to finally be processed. I traveled internationally this summer and my original expiration date was last month. I'm just happy this is finally complete before my next trip later this month!

Some take a day, some take a year. It seems fairly random. I don't think there is anything you can do but wait. When I renewed in 2020 it took 11 months and I got conditional approval, with an interview required. I did a zoom interview that lasted less than five minutes and was approved. I had no customs violations or anything like that. I had a lot of travel, but not to places that would raise red flags.

I renewed and scheduled an interview for early 2023. Today I received notice that the renewal was approved. No mention of the interview.

Mine expired in February 2022 but online, I was able to apply for renewal in July 2022.
Still pending application.

I read the sticky on the first page and it stated that if you let it expired even one day , you need to submit a NEW application. Why did i have the option for the renewal application?

Both are considered renewals; however, if you apply for renewal after the expiration date, you will not continue to receive the Global Entry/PreCheck benefits pending the final approval of the renewal application.

OK, this gets a bit strange. Applied for renewal of my Global Entry 2 months ago (had six months left to go). Filled out all the info, paid the money, and hoped it would say I didn't need to be interviewed. No such luck. Said I had to set up an interview. And no interviews for months and months and months! Not in person, not even video. I checked back for a few days to see if anything would open up. Nope, not then. So I left things as they were, figuring I'd get back to it later.

Today, I get a message that everything's been approved. Out of the blue. No interview needed. So if you just ignore some things, they work out?
